Meh, still think the M5 would be a better fit, and it's German.:)

Also, I have to say, I love that calendar, pretty much perfect*.👍

*If you swapped Indy for Fuji, but I'm not that bothered.:sly:

Also the SLS has 7 gears, which is a distinct advantage if set up well.

M5 isn't a GT car, SLR sounds good. 👍

After testing it seems like the SLR can match the lap times of the viper...
but...
It has a 5 speed....

no SLS? :( well SLR is pretty cool as well.. no one have shown interest for the california yet.. it looks like a pig but it might be fun, thinking i might take that one if i join this time.

I dont really want to have to tune the cars to get them to match others.

The SLR is like the ultimate GT car, so it fits in...

Replacement for the SLS.

Only 5.4 litres. ;)

It the SLR Neljack. 👍

*ruins Dax's fun.*

5.4L Supercharged... Reminds me of something else that is 5.4L and supercharged....

Wait, whats that you say about supercharged engines?

ALBUS DUMBLEDOOR IS THE GREATEST ENGINE THAT WAS EVER MADE!

Sorry, wrong topic.

And while I agree with you to a certain extent, I still think a good ol' Rover block is better.

Lighter, more powerful, more reliable...

You're joking right?

It doesn't- it's about the same- different applications of the 427 have varying outputs, likewise the TVR engine. But if you take a base figure of 500bhp the 427 works out at 71.4bhp/litre and the TVR 5.5 litre with a base figure of 400bhp results in 72.7bhp/litre.

And the Rover block is notoriously unreliable.

Anyway. We may have drifted slightly off topic. :guilty:

Yes, the rover block is notoriously unreliable, but the TVR block isn't. Come to think of it, we never actually had a problem with the original block in the 1st place..

We've had a Rover block for about 13 years now and nothing has ever gone wrong. (Apart from a blown head gasket on the 5.4 but that was because the gaskets we recieved were crap)

Even more off topic, the Viper has to be the best sounding cars in the game.
