I'm thinking otherwise. Sneijder's goal was pure luck in my view, and it should've been 2-2.

Also, sorry for my rant which I will probably apologize for tomorrow but can someone please fire Van Bommel? He may do a good job for the Dutch team, but I find his way of playing a pure disgrace to the sport. I've watched him many times, and I never liked his way of playing in the club championships either, but now I just got fed up with him.

Overall I didn't like this match. I just found the overall playing of both teams horrible.

I can't wait for the match tomorrow, I'm pretty sure this will be an epic one. And even though the Dutch may go the final, I will be having a nice time watching the Germans goofing the Dutchmen around on the field. Yes, I have already gambled on a German win tomorrow, and yes, I have already tipped the Germans as the winners of the World Cup.

I agree with the van bommel part. This guy is disgraceful. During the last few minutes, he charged at an Uruguayan player and pretened to be the victim. Such an actor.👎

I was hoping Uruguay would reach the finals, especially after learning about the unfortunate traffic accident that left Diego Forlan's sister paralyzed at age 12. It was not to be, however, and that second goal by the Netherlands was quite amazing.

I saved this photo showing the two Dutch women who were accused of being the ringleaders in the Bavaria ambush marketing campaign because the woman on the right, at least in this one photo, looks exactly like one of our best friends....who happens to be a Mexican citizen, by the way. Our friend is presently living in Cozumel, and she has always known how to party....and very well!

Some may find this is ironic because I am a big Holland fan. Then again, who would Holland rather beat in a world cup final of all matches.

That, and I've found Germany a far more entertaining team to watch than Spain.

No, you are not, not for today's match anyway. I'd love the Germans to win against Spain, so we, the Dutch, get a chance for revenge for the 1974 lost final against Germany.

I was only six at the time, but that loss has kept the nation too humble for too long a time.
