I'm finding myself doing a lot of left hand down steering to make this car go through a right hand corner. If I drive it nice, it's too slow. It's fine in a straightline but the way it's handling the curves, I can see an impending divorce :irked:

Watching my (in car) replay, I was barely steering through the corners. Just at the beginning, and a little bit on exit.

My hand seems to have made huge progress today. Black and blue is really coming out now.

Damn that is GNARLY!! Are you sure your thumb was only dislocated? :odd: Sure looks like it could be more... Hope you heal up fast!

I don't do doctors if I don't absolutely have to. Broken bones and sprained ankles and didn't bother. Except for a completely destroyed ankle. Got titanium in me now. :D

Pretty sure it was only dislocated. I can move it around and when I feel things it seems okay. I can finally move it around a bit and now not be in major pain. 👍

Bone snaps. Dislocation stretches tendons and muscles. Hence black and blue bruising.

If it does not get better in the next few days go to the Doctor to check it out, because you do not want to lose it.

My tune is basicly done...looking for .01's but not finding much. I am tuning 2 cars...identical...and only changing settings on one at a time. This way I don't lose my way/tune. Always have a starting point if changes dont work. Just a thought for anyone that wants to try it. Great car. After yhe challenge I think I will set up yhe second car for a different class.

Very nice tune. On paper it looks very aggressive. I can't wait to test this one out. :)

No problem with the tune itself so ready to go for testers.

I can only conclude that when I posted a 1.53 with a scrappy lap, I was driving way beyond my normal driving ability (or I wasn't as tired as I am now) because I can't break the 1.54 barrier at this current time. It is however, consistently in the low 1.54s without trying to push the car so I think that my tune is ready for publishing.

Well, This is my final tune for this car. I hope the testers enjoy it and my choice of colour isn't worth 10 horses, perhaps 8 horses due to its heritage of sticking with a Japanese colour scheme :)

Edit: Might be useful to note this was also tuned using a DFGT, that I've had for about 3 months. So I'm still learning the nuances of the wheel and pedals...

No issues with this build. Okay for testers to take out. :) nice colour too! @Bowtie-muscle would be proud of that blue.

Odd is good. It means you have to work harder to get the podium spot this time around. :) I spent 2 days deciding that I couldn't make my tune any better without making it worse first so I rolled the dice on settings that work for me.
Yes it is. I have to figure how to flip the throttle steering without making the car a spin monster.

Edit;corrected auto guess error

My offering can be found here

I am not totally satisfied, but track and car combo are very slick. Keep it straight and it's fast, I ran consistent 1:51.6-9, best 1:51.5xx with a lap ahead of the ghost by another .3 but hit a barrier near the end and lost that time.
Thank you for your kind offering. I shall try and keep it in pristine condition when it gets its test. However, I can't guarantee the safety of the body work around this track.

Your tune, along with the others submitted yesterday are all on the 1st page of this thread.

Thank you for all been keen about this event, It shows in the amount of time that you are all putting in to your tunes :)

Have spare fenders so long as you don't pound the walls and hurt the suspension. But rear quarters are not as easy to straighten, so keep it from going too far sideways please. Besides, that will cost you tenths ;)
