@shaunm80 It looks like time will be on my side for this one. Will you put me in as a tuner please? This will be my first FITT entry, I hope all goes well :)
That is great news. I will make sure that you are put down as a definite tuner. It is great to have you on board. :)

Looks like I'm stuck in the 1:54's due to track knowledge...I keep tail slapping walls.
This car is a trip, under steer, oversteer. I just hope the way I'm tuning this it goes well, you drive with the throttle as much as the wheels.
Well, I only just broke into the 1.53s a few days ago and now I am firmly back in the 1.54s myself so we are pretty much in the same boat. I decided to stop tinkering with my tune in the end though as it turned into a over steer monster. It wasn't how I expected so I reverted back to old faithful.

I am glad that I chose this car for this track. I am having a lot of fun testing out all of the various entries so far. :)
Only a couple of tunes into testing and so far; comparing fastest lap times...
Tuner X = 1:51.251 as posted...... (after 1 adjustment to suit my style = 1:50.928)
Tuner Y = 1:51.255 as posted...... (still thinking about which 1 adjustment to make)
Yep, 0.004 difference even though the 2 cars in question are set up differently. It will be close in this challenge with the track being broken down into 2 segments. Did you setup your tune to be fast in the first half or the second half of the lap? I think those thousandths that @DolHaus mentioned earlier might be a factor in this one. Just a thought for those tuners who haven't submitted their tune yet!;)

Edit:
Tuner Y (after 1 adjustment) = 1:50.535 :dopey:

If you've gone to the effort of tuning the car, why not join us all in the fun we're having here & make it an official entry?
You're guaranteed to have all the testers drive your tune & offer their thoughts then.
You've got nothing to lose :) 👍

So the kids are letting you have the TV long enough to post a tune?:mischievous: :lol:
Yes it's called they are sleeping:lol:;)
My night time playtime has been restricted I am "forced" to play FFX to keep up with my sons game so he has a nothing missed back up game to load off of if he messes up and can't get past a boss or like the last time sold all of his equipment so he didn't have the resist gear to survive the next area.

Welcome and added to the tuners list. Tune seems okay on paper. Good to go for testers.

I count 17 tuners for this event. It is a great turnout! If any of the tuners find the time, I would love to see more testers as it could be a close contest in the end as @Lionheart2113 has pointed out. :)
If only, I don't feel confident enough with my consistency around Tokyo, otherwise I would try to find the time to test this broad set of tunes.

Suggest running 10 laps with each car to find the single fastest lap. With it being a street track, it will be pretty hard to drive off the track as you will just hit a wall. knowing where the track limits are for this circuit is pretty simple.

Please report best lap time and driver’s choice results in a single post within this thread. It doesn’t matter what order your test results are posted in, as long as they all have the same number of laps when tested.

Tuning/Testing Deadlines
Tuning time commences immediately (Saturday 10th October 2015) and tuners will have two weeks to tune their car. All tunes must be submitted by the Saturday 24th October 2015 at Midnight (Wherever midnight is in your part of the world). I will check all the tunes and make sure they all meet regulations as they are submitted. If all the tunes come in before this deadline date, testing can begin earlier.

Once you submit your tune, I will consider it your final tune and no changes will be allowed, unless there is a problem with it that I notice when checking it over.

Testing Officially begins on Sunday 25th October 2015 and testers have two weeks to complete their testing (8th November 2015 by the latest) and post their reviews. If anyone needs additional time to post their tune or their testing results, let me know and I will get back to you ASAP regarding this.

Scoring
I only have one request when it comes to driver scoring, rate the DC based on your thoughts, feelings and how the car made you feel when driving it. Be honest, noone will feel hurt. Also, please provide constructive feedback on the tune you have tested, whether this is positive or negative feedback for a particular tune.

Driver's choice - Each tester will score each tune on the scale listed below. Driver's choice scores will then be averaged across all testers. The maximum number of DC points that can be earned is ten points. Please choose driver's choice on a scale of 0.0 to 10.0.

Driver's choice scale:
10.0 among the best tunes you have driven in GT6
7 to 9 a great tune that could be a little faster if...
4 to 6 a good tune that needs a few adjustments to become a contender
Under 4 a tune that needs work (please be specific with feedback with any tunes listed here)

Average Lap Time will be calculated as per the normal system. The best lap time achieved will be added to the scoring sheet, added together with the rest of the lap times and divided by the total number of testers. That will be the average time scoring for this event.

Mind if I join in as a tester?

Funny thing is, I really enjoy the stock BTR with no aids at Tokyo. (GT5)
You could still do laps ;) just don't push for every tenth.

Yeah of course I want to play along but it's gonna be a while. Getting better though. Slowly.
Great to hear you're healing up well. We look forward to having blast the track again once you're healed. Not before.
