Looks fine, could have been a bit tidier in places, there were a few sections where you were going in too hot an losing speed on the exit. 👍
4wd?
Drivetrain that obvious?
Actually it's loading too much on the outside front, have that sorted out now trying to sort out the lighter back end grip now. Can't quite hold the same lines but it's much better under breaking and entry

The front tire cooking under load gave it away 👍 I'm guessing by the launch that you've pulled as much power away from the front end as possible so I'd probably look at stiffening up the front end so it can withstand higher loads better, it might lose some speed in the slower bits but at least it won' lock up and push so easily. Maybe even some rear toe out to force it to rotate when the front slips if you can't get rid of it

It's actually at 45:55 torque split that's how hard it launches. If I can weasel another 20 hp into it will hit 200+ in the fast sectors already pushing 195.

Mine is funny off the line, I have to force wheelspin or the car bogs down horribly in the low RPMs. I think i'm topping out around 120mph (193kph) on the straights but it hasn't got much in the way of top end, it'll do 0-60 in 4.8s though

How are the Skylines going? I haven't heard anything apart from submissions from @sinof1337 and @Antares26

I am considering scrapping the group if no further interest is shown, apologies to those who have already submitted

Unfortunately my console time has been slim to none... Mostly none, at least until after the holiday. :( If you want to scrap the group, it's your show, so you are more than welcome! 👍 I bought the cars but haven't done much to them, so it's not a problem for me.

No problems on my end, but let's just wait, maybe they're working on it now as we speak. People did show more interest in the touge group.
Yeah I think thats how its going to have to go, I won't make a full decision until the tuning deadline (30th November) but I am just letting it be known that the group will be abandoned if not enough cars are entered, no point running it with only a few entrants

This the first time i've properly spent time tuning a car top to bottom. My first tranny flip. I would use you guys' awesome tunes you have given to this community and balance it to suit my style. I wanted to see how my tuning faired so what better way than a fitt competition. I want your criticism and praise (hopefully). My time on that track isn't the greatest clocking in at about 3:44min with less than clean driving.

I love the MR layout with my driving style trail braking into the turn with a bit of oversteer. And the weight of rear to steer around corner gassing it out the apex with the traction of the heavy rear end.

I will be seeing whats what with the Nissans today. Hopefully I can produce something that I am happy to publish. Will let you know if I have a problem and unable to post.

Edit: Just making sure my tune is right. I have designed something that is fun and hopefully fast. Will publish the tune shortly. Does 11 miles of tuning and testing sound about right for a FITT tune?

A nicely balanced wet weather tune for the Touge FITT event. I didn't have much time to spend on this so I hope you enjoy what I am calling my quick and dirty tune for a wet situation. If you have any problems building this tune, let me know as I have used an old tune sheet to build this car.

At Silverstone they have good looking grid girls to entertain the crowds and please the driver.. Something is very wrong with this picture..

I think thats a lady... either that or the dude needs to spend more time on the bench working off his moobs

No doubt. It is a good job that I'm joking otherwise I would probably hurt for quite some time. :)
In a related note I wouldn't be surprised to see a female formula 1 champion in the next decade if the regulations keep heading in the same direction, their smaller, lighter frames and narrower shoulders make it easier to build a more aerodynamic cockpit. Just needs the right driver to come up through the ranks and a brave team owner to break with tradition, would be quite a refreshing change

We could have had a female driver this coming year if, as you say, a brave team owner decided to give Suzie Wolff a seat. She was pretty quick when she took part in the free practice earlier this year for Williams. It is a shame that she hasn't been given a shot really. She obviously has talent and the right connections with her husband being the boss of Mercedes GP team. Unfortunately, she has retired from driving now due to lack of opportunities. I would very much like to see female drivers in F1. Mix it up a bit and change the perceptions on female racing drivers in F1.

She might just not be quite good enough to displace any current drivers (Maldonado being the exception ), can't just give them a seat for novelty value when you're dropping millions on every race. The raw talent needs to be nurtured from a young age and unfortunately its not something a lot of young girls are exposed to, if you take up racing in your teens its probably too late unless you have outstanding natural talent. It would be nice to see more effort being put into developing female drivers, motor sport is one of the few crucibles where men and women can compete on an equal footing and I'd certainly like to see more of it.

At least Suzie reached the ROC Nations Cup finals last year with DC, that at least shows she can roll.
I really think Simona could've been a good F1 prospect, if not for things falling out with Sauber.
