Maybe do the wildcard race this week and the championship race next week? I know it sounds a bit stupid but its a safe procedure. And this way, the wildcard race could be at a different track. The wildcard winner will have the week to practice for Laguna. Just an idea.

If it is still up for discussion, I would also prefer to do the championship race at Laguna in 2 weeks as opposed to this weekend. It turns out I will be gone early Friday AM and not returning until Sunday early AM. Being tied up since this past Sunday, I will only have a handful of sessions to practice (probably not going to cut it if I want to try and give Adam a run.) Anyway, I'll be there either way, but it's better for everyone else to do Laguna in 2 weeks, I'm all for it.

Thanks for the season everyone. I am listed in the wildcard, but talking with turbo it was a mistake and 666Z06 will be in my place. We are tied in points but he has higher finishes than me.

Oh well, maybe lack of practice on my part, because I was rather slow and apologize for the spa incident.

Maybe I'll see you all again somewhere.

We can do that if everyone agrees with it. Would make things a bit easier.

This is the main problem with running a racing series, you will never find a single time that meshes well with anyone's schedules. :crazy:

I can make both this and next sunday, So either is good for me.
 
I know I'm fine with running the wild card Sunday @ 3PM and then the final the 18th at the same time. Certainly gives everyone plenty of time to prepare and clear their schedule if needed.
 
I cant cancel a series race on the outchance another series has 1 random race at an overlapping time. So if the wildcard race is Sunday at 2pm est I cant be there, Ive signed that timeslot off a while ago. If its wildcard race at 3pmest and champ race at 4, that should be fine, and if its one this weekend and one next thats also fine.
 
So it seems a majority are in agreement here.

Wildcard = December 11th at 3pm EST

Laguna = December 18th at 3pm EST

Deal?

Tomorrow as in Wednesday? I can't do anything during the week.
 
That's somewhat what I was originally thinking anyway. So far with votes I have 3 or 4pm EST as what most want for the Laguna race, and 12pm to 4pm Saturday or 3-4pm Sunday for the wildcard race.

Still missing PM's from 4 people from the wildcard race and 3 people from the Laguna race though.
 
We're saying that out of 24 hours on Saturday we can't get the wild card race in? That doesn't sound right. To be perfectly frank and honest it's a winner take all bonus race anyway... so if people can't make it people can't make it.

Or to be even more honest about this pick a time that everyone you think has a shot at winning is free. It's been a whole season and you're a fast driver, I'm sure you can look down the list and put odds on a driver winning.

I'd focus on getting attendance at the Final and just force the wild-card down our throats whenever is best for the most people. The people that think they can win will make time.
 
I can make it next sunday but would rather have it this sunday.I don't like giving the aliens the extra week of practice.:sly:

Why don't we just keep it simple and make the wildcard race at the same day and time of the normal races? We do the championship race next week. It looks like this is the only way it will work.
 
I'd much rather have the championship race this Sunday rather than the next but I might be able to free up the 18th.

theres 3 different divisions meaning 3 different times people were able to attend, at those times.

as I see some people are dropping the wildcard, so there might be room for me at the caboose:D jk:) or am i:sly:

Works for me. You're never going to get everyone to agree on a time, especially since there's such a big range of time zones represented in the series. Not that it matters for me, but it just makes the most sense to keep the championship race on the date it was originally scheduled.
