Hi, can anyone help me some helpfull tunes for the Formula Gran Turismo Car races??

I having some problems winnig those races :S

ride height 0 < 0
spring 12.8 < 16.9
rebound 10 < 8
bound 8 < 6
anti-roll 7 < 6
camber 2.6 < 0.7
toe 0 < 0

i would be leary of tunes that dont menton LSD settings. they have alot to do with under/over steer.
