Will they ever have the Crown Vic in the shop? I never see them at auction and I couldn't get the 80% when it was the series reward. It's quite frustrating how some cars are so unobtainable. :banghead::banghead:

I have an extra from last time. Let me know if you want it.

I'm just glad the 2012 Mini JCW finally surfaced as a prize for winning a (not very difficult) Trial. I swear I must have done 10,000 wheelspins without it ever coming up. (I got the '79 Camaro on my 9,997th, and I'm still wondering if I'll ever get a '73 Trans Am instead of my 50th Vauxhall Corsa.)

Apparently, I lost over 1200 Mastery points. Never really cared about them, but might as well use them to get the 50 max skilled cars in my FM profile.

I got to 79% and thought there was a week left....there wasn't. :(

Fortunately for me, an old, slow, poor handling cop car isn't high on my list.

Guys, is it possible to win the exclusive prize cars in random wheelspins like the new Z4, AMG GT 4 door etc? Thanks

Nope. Best bet is the auction house and a good amount of luck.

I got my 10 wheelspins last week and 872 skill points this week and the points reset to zero on all my cars.

Never even knew that the problem effected me.

I got 10 wheelspins and 77 skill points, but I don't think any of mine reset, sans maybe one car I'm unsure about.

Unless you have a lot of patience and/or luck with the Auction house, you'll probably have to wait until the next time they are available as a reward. Possibly a Forzathon shop car at some point.

Globally-known IP? Almost like a new game?

I'm gonna go ahead and make a prediction: LEGO

Picture it: The whole FH4 main map replicated in Lego, Lego versions of many (Most? All?) of the vehicles in the game, Lego minifig avatars...building your own cars out of Lego pieces...

It's exactly the kind of blockbuster/bombshell announcement you can picture them making at E3, especially with no FM8 coming this year.

It'd make the most sense if it was an IP already known for/in car culture, but between Top Gear, Fast & Furious, and the James Bond movies' previous appearances in Forza games, that takes out three of the big ones. My pipe dream is that it's a Goodwood Revival expansion, even if that's not the first thing people think about when the term "Globally-Known IP" comes up.

Could be something Goodwood-related. The Festival Of Speed is a globally-known IP for sure, and an announcement at E3 would give us a release date very close to this year's edition. Forza and the FOS have been getting cozy in these past few years, so there is a relationship Playground/MS could've worked into a licensing deal.

As for content, the entire Estate stretches on for 48 square kilometres - more than enough to make even a "scaled down" version larger than any other previously released EP map (if memory, and my maths, serve correctly). And remember those vehicles that leaked before the launch of the game? Well, if you look at them, they can be neatly split into two categories: those that have made the climb already (like the DAF TwinTurbo truck and the monstrous Napier-Railton Brooklands special) and those that should make it this year (AMG One, Aston Valkyrie).

It could also provide a neat way to bring Rolls Royce back in the fold, as their HQ is on the grounds of the Goodwood Estate, but even if this wild guess ends up being correct, I wouldn't hold my breath.

A Mario Kart expansion would make perfect sense due to the good relationship that Microsoft and Nintendo have...They could even do something similar to what they did with the F&F expansion for FH2 and release it as its own standalone game for the Switch.

They didn't launch the game there for no reason...

  • The Fast and The Furious: "Hobbs & Shaw" will be released in this August, so it could be the subject of a second expansion.
  • James Bond series: A very famous movie. James Bond, is an famous spy of MI6, and his car pack has appeared on FH4. However, almost famous cars have been use in this car pack. Some unused cars still remain, but I think it's too few cars to be included in the expansion.
  • Hot Wheels: They celebrate their 50th anniversary, and FM7 and FH4 have added the special livery HW cars to celebrate it. And DeBerti Design had announced in the Instagram that F-150 they designed and collaborated with HW will be added to Forza. Whether you like or dislike it, there is a possibility that HW expansion will appear in Forza again.
  • Minecraft: They also celebrated their 10th anniversary. Personally I do not think that there is much collaboration with this work, but Minecraft is one of the famous IP now owned by MS, and there may be a possibility that the expansion that has collaborated with this work may appear.
  • Fable: It is a work unrelated to the car. However, there are rumors that PG has been chosen as a development studio for Fable, and in fact they are recruiting staff for a new RPG. I do not think that the character etc. will appear directly from Fable, but like Fortune Island, there may be expansion based on a new fantasy style island that imitates the world of Fable.

I don't think it's goodwood guys, sorry;

I mentioned to Fulton that a lot of people were speculating Goodwood as a potential expansion for Forza Horizon 4, considering the launch event was being hosted at this spiritual home of car culture and automotive heritage in Britain – but he was quick to shoot down the idea.

“Yeah, I think they’re just putting 2 and 2 together and getting five,” he amusingly responds with. “Like if we were in another place, central London, they’d be like ‘ohhh Central London expansion.’ Not everywhere I go is an expansion. But yeah, so we’re working on that, and we’ve already said that there will be at least two, but our intent is to do more than that this time. We’ve got some great ideas, that you know, I won’t bore you with…”

If expansion 2 was a collaboration with Hobbs & Shaw, we would get such a car in the expansion.
Custom-made trucks may give us the "practical" truck for off-road racing for the first time.
But, I think that the Shaw's McLaren 720S will be a boring variant like the Mercedes-AMG GT S Fast & Furious Edition of FM7 ...

I just can't believe what a baffling decision PG made when they decided to scrap monthly DLC in favour of this playlist thing. They must think that everyone has all day, every day to grind for these exclusive prizes. They must also assume that everyone has Gold. So, no Apollo or Mini JCW 2012 for me as they're locked behind co-op events.
Not sure if I'll be able to acquire any new monthly cars at this rate.
