Throwing oddball cars into rally courses always makes for undesirable Ai lol. They can't cope with the offroad physics, especially if the car just wasn't built for that sort of thing.Had a rather interesting glitch in this race. I had a very good run in my CTS-V rally car, nailed every jump/landing/turn, and I guess the AI went Full Warp to keep up with me, and they kept missing a checkpoint at the 95% mark. I finally advanced the screen after around 20 minutes of idle time (I went off and cooked some dinner). View attachment 829984
This is at Unbeatable difficulty, mind you.
Something sort of similar happens when you put older muscle cars into a race in a higher class like A - S. They'll have great speed, but super soft suspension causing them to break traction constantly. It looks absolutely ridiculous because the amount of body roll is so over the top.
