Any advice for the seasonal speed trap? I hate it already and short by about 5 mph. My mistake, the dirt speed zone.

Speed trap, I used the Rimac, but if you don't have it a fully upgraded Mosler should do the trick too.
Speed zone took me several tries and several cars, but I finally got it using the F40C.

Nevermind the Forza community. They don't know what they want anymore besides more of the same obnoxious complaints. The "not enough cars in FH4" is a great example of this fact. We have what, 600+ cars now? How is that not enough?Posted some thoughts about FH4 expansions on Reddit.

AR12 does absolutely have a direct line to T10 and PG. I doubt he'd be "confirming" features unless he was told. He is smart enough to know between speculation and confirmation.

At the same time, the stifle him all over the place. The official forums are not allowed to even mention him, iirc. I don't think his relationship with them is as good as people think it is, or they are trying to hide it for some reason.

PG's official statement is that the car is something that shouldn't have been showing up in game, and it's clearly (from the tone of RetroKrystal's message) something they don't want the word of spreading too much. AR12 is definitely going against PG's statement and is definitely speculating here. One unfinished hidden car having a window sticker - when plenty of cars have had pre-set stickers previously - absolutely does not mean window stickers in general are coming.

This, exactly this. I believe this is part of the reason why the relationship they have is semi rocky. It's not the first time he has leaked content before it was supposed to be revealed.
IMO, they should just cut ties with him completely and place their trust elsewhere.
Especially if this turns out to be a one-off that is only meant for a specific person or people. The fanbase on Youtube is bigger and more brutal than most other places and I'm sure the backlash from this is coming....

My personal opinion is that they speak far, far too soon and "confirming" things based on assumptions. As you said, them making this public, only for it to turn out to be for one person (if that happens), can cause a lot of backlash from their publicity. They need to think before they post and be less reactionary/knee-jerk IMO.

This message reads to me like it could be someone's Make-a-Wish car. Owen could be a gravely ill child. He's a huge fan of Horizon. Parents contact Make-a-Wish (or the British equivalent), ask if PG can make a special one-off car just for their son, and they deliver with an "Owen's Edition" McLaren P1. Now it's out in the open and there are obvious privacy concerns with the family. This is obviously just conjecture, but it fits with what's known.PG statement on the car:

Considering that the devs have already said that adding new customization options like that would require editing every one of the 600+ cars individually taking months of man hours and result in a Huge update to replace all the car files with the updated ones, I doubt it will be coming to FH4 any time soon if at all. That is the reasoning they gave for why paintable brake calipers was put on hold indefinitely after having confirmed they where working on it. Likely this is being used for testing and later added to the next game in the Forza series.
Plus AR12 is one of those "News" channels that reports on anything even remotely related to Forza to build unnecessary hype for more views. So like TheAdmiester said, Take everything with a grain of salt.
