As people should be aware, the new sound engine was developed by Playground, and Vipers aren't exactly plentiful in the UK. It was a poor decision to copy/paste this sound into every Viper in the game, especially the newer ones.

Most cars it just lowers every stat as it's a big weight increase, on older cars it can add some handling though.

If I do a race weight reduction in the car, then I go for a chassis reinforcement to see if there are handling/braking gains, but I stop at Sport.

It's like a differential upgrade for Xbox 360 era. Although performance is improved, PI basically decreases with increasing vehicle weight.
In Horizon, a heavier and more powerful car is more advantageous than a lighter car, so there will be no problem with a roll cage race upgrade.

Maybe they will try to repair the damage by sending those cars to everyone like it happened with the Mosler. I doubt they will check every single ticket they receive.

That was in the video where the showed the behind the scenes of them recording audio. The definitely showed a Gen 1 RT/10 when they were discussing the new Viper. Now, they could have used that sound for the '99 ACR, but they made it seem like it was the sound used for all Vipers, which is wrong.

We'll see. I have zero problems even if they don't come. However it is a little bit strange. Usually there were no problems as far as I remember and I received many gifts watching Forza streams on Mixer.

Well, the latest patch ruined the playlist percentages. I have everything complete 100% with 1 daily challenge left and it shows as 87% complete. Does the staff at PG not test their patches before sending them out? 🤬

The GTS has the same engine as the RT/10 but the sound might have some differences due to exhaust positioning.

I checked last night and I had 87% for the past week, even though I had completed it 100%, so I'm one of the affected players for whatever this glitch is.

I have it to. One thing I noticed is the reduction of percentage when completing the Trial and Games. I got 1% for completing each one. Everything else give the right percentage. In my case.

You really need to get ranked. It's very simple too. You don't need to complete anything either. If you don't get the 600LT you will regret it for the rest of your life. JK

Just complete the needed number of Unranked Adventures (Team is my preference) and you'll qualify for Ranked. Then, just complete 1 Ranked Adventure to count towards your Playlist.

PG is starting to put exclusive cars as rewards for becoming Ranked. This month, if you reach level 10 (Star Card requirement), you get three exclusive cars IIRC, plus a bunch of wheelspins. Level 20 reward is the 2009 Vauxhall Corsa, which hasn't been featured frequently in any other outlet. Rimac is prize for becoming Grandmaster, but I ain't gunning for that, no way.
