Yeah, because people need more encouragement...
They should make EventLab give you the ability to make the game play a creaky door slamming shut sound effect when the car in front hogs your line.

Convertibles confirmed and some other stuff!

This is going to be really useful during the next couple of months before FH5's release in November, since it will most likely get updated regularly after each episode about FH5.

Also, woohoo for funtional convertibles! Test Drive anyone? I'm super hyped about the new customization options and the world. An abandoned airport and long highways scream FH2 & FH3! Oh and let's not forget about the racetrack that will be in the same world. 😀

They should add a new skill point for blocking people when you’re in first place. Like good blocking, great blocking awesome blocking and ultimate blocking.
You do that to me and I'll ram you off the road. I hate ramming, but I'll do it if someone deliberately does this.

Uh...prosthetic limbs are confirmed as well for the character creator?

Coolio.
Would they include peg legs and hooks for hands by any chance?

Not my video, but thought I share this video to get everybody (even those who still happen to think FH5 is just FH4 with a new map) up to speed with Forza Horizon 5. Very informative as well. I may not know you, but cheers to you Don! Subscribed! 👍

... Oh thank god, @Toko, I thought you were going to post the AR15 whoops, AR12 video for a second. 😆 Joe is quite the driver and always does a great job.

Indeed! 😀

AR12 did have a video about FH5 from three weeks ago, but this one is Joe's latest video and I like it a lot more. He's very informative and, dare I say, professional in that video he posted.

Not downing on AR12 by any means because I like his content too, especially whenever he plays forza or other games that interest me. I recently got into watching Joe's videos and since become a fan. He's pretty badass, and I don't say that a lot haha. 😉

I'm still curious as to how "thousands of new performance upgrade parts" (!) is going to pan out. I'm assuming that means it'll be a handful of new parts for each individual car -- maybe each one gets 5-10 new parts, likely new suspension kits for a Baja/super-offroad level a step beyond rally upgrades -- but I'm also hoping for more esoteric but useful parts for vintage, classic, and restomod builds, too. Thinking, like, fully-adjustable 3/4/5-speed race transmissions. Or, going out on a limb, maybe this is where they finally introduce a more granular kind of upgrade system where you get a multitude of different options besides just "stock/street/sport/race", with different brands or versions with their own strengths and weaknesses so upgrading becomes more varied than just full race upgrades. That, plus the pipe-dream possibilities of full visual interior customization (race displays / tachs / lap timers / trinkets / panel removal), because "otherwise stock-looking daily-driver cockpit with clumsily-integrated rollcage" has gotten pretty old.

I'm hoping to see some of the cars showcased in this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed in Horizon 5. Truly a grand display of the future of the automotive and motorsport industries going forward as environmental accountability becomes more of a priority.

I'm also hopeful for tomorrow's stream and the information it will provide us. I have a lot of respect for PG being so open to the community so far. I'm sure many of you remember that hasn't always been the case with the Forza franchise. I still wish they'd get over some of their buzz word talk but eh, whatever sells the game I guess.

Tomorrow will be very interesting to say the least.

Engine sounds have been a hot topic for a long time now, will be curious to see what they've done about them

Also hoping for potentially some new gameplay!

I'm almost certain it's going to be the existing upgrades in FH4 + new wheels + baja suspension. That's it. I would love interior customization, but I sincerely doubt that's coming any time soon.

Also, candid reveals of some cars, including a Chevy pickup (A 90's Silverado 3500 it seems).
Doesn't necessarily mean we are getting a 90's Silverado in the game. But possibly used as reference for something that has a similar sound.
