I'm still curious as to how "thousands of new performance upgrade parts" (!) is going to pan out. I'm assuming that means it'll be a handful of new parts for each individual car -- maybe each one gets 5-10 new parts, likely new suspension kits for a Baja/super-offroad level a step beyond rally upgrades -- but I'm also hoping for more esoteric but useful parts for vintage, classic, and restomod builds, too. Thinking, like, fully-adjustable 3/4/5-speed race transmissions. Or, going out on a limb, maybe this is where they finally introduce a more granular kind of upgrade system where you get a multitude of different options besides just "stock/street/sport/race", with different brands or versions with their own strengths and weaknesses so upgrading becomes more varied than just full race upgrades. That, plus the pipe-dream possibilities of full visual interior customization (race displays / tachs / lap timers / trinkets / panel removal), because "otherwise stock-looking daily-driver cockpit with clumsily-integrated rollcage" has gotten pretty old.
