A-ha! Thanks for the clarification. I'll have to try building one of my own one of those days.
The Bone Shaker’s one weakness are the skinny front tyres compared to the rear.

If you can find a way to balance that out so that the car doesn’t understeer through half the turns, you have a winner as it’s near perfect at everything else.

I used the Dually for the championship. The Bone Shaker is meta even when the AI use it, good fight on all 3 races.

I just realized I had two 2003 Nissan Fairlady Zs in my garage. I tried to gift one but was told “This car cannot be gifted.” I can’t gift either one. That seems odd since it’s an autoshow car.

I think the one you build at the end of the Donut story cannot be gifted, but I might be wrong.

Yeah I'm stuck with 2x Nissan Z's in my garage from the Donut Media Hi/Low challenges. I can't gift or sell them 😥.

Anybody else managed to obtain the racing car pack vehicles, without owning the dlc?I clicked on them in my collection, then autoshow and they came up as free,I have the prem edition but I thought it didnt include this pack.
If its a glitch I dont want to get into grief with the devs for having them.

@Edax 76 and @L8 Apex .Thats what I thought.lol

It's a known bug as far as I know. You may not be able to use them after a day or two. It's happened to people with the '32 Ford, OPI GT and the Oreo Pagani as well.

That makes sense now,I also recieved the other 3 cars you mentioned,I was able to drive the `32 Ford FE for a while so will keep my eye out next few days. 👍

Ive just been back on FH5,the`bogus`cars now ask me to buy the dlc from marketplace and the 3 others just tell me they are part of a pack.I removed them from my garage, many thanks for your input.

You can just remove one from your garage. Easy and quick. It’s not as if they are worth many credits.
That's exactly what I did. I removed both since I already had a third one. And nothing of value was lost.

Am I just an idiot or is there no way to make a Blueprint using a track made by someone else? I wanted to race some C-class cars with my friends at the Tsukuba thing from the EventLab weekly list, but it's locked to A-class cars and I can't figure out how to change it, and can't find the track on the "Route select" thing when making a new Blueprint.

It does sound dumb and infuriatingly inconvenient but I'm guessing PG's reasoning behind this would be that if you could open someone else's blueprint to edit it then there'd be nothing to stop people from stealing other people's work by saving their tracks as their own. I think tuning setups are locked for the same reason.

Perhaps you could contact the creator of the track asking them to create a non class locked version.

There's a design flaw in the game, the issue is we can't create an event without creating a blueprint that is automatically saved and shared.

It'd be nice if we could just tweak settings for an event without creating a new blueprint. Even a small tweak like adding laps or changing the weather of a race requires you to create a blueprint and everything, it's more complicated than it needs to be.

I know some tracks need to lock classes because they have jumps or loops or whatever, and if you have a slow car you won't be able to complete it... But for normal tracks I don't really get why they lock the classes anyways.

They could just make an option when you share your track that you can check that says "let people make Blueprints using my route" or something too. Then, if someone does use another person's track for a Blueprint it would say the normal "Morbid presents..." at the top, then show the name of the Blueprint, and add "featuring a circuit by HokiHoshi" or whatever to the end so they get their credit.

Even if it was just locked to A-class, but we could change laps and stuff it would be fine. A 10 lap race or something with the TCR cars would be fun, but being stuck on 3 laps... that's not even a race yet.

I've just made a Datsun 510 for this week's The Trial, so you don't need to:

866 414 634

Fairly neutral, little bit of mid-corner understeer maybe, not sure what the tracks are but it should reach 140 on the straight bits.

It's possible that Hokihoshi created multiple variants of his track using different race settings, with different share codes.

Hmmm, he only has two 5 lap race share codes from the Tsukuba YouTube video:
Full Circuit 5 Lap - 767 531 646
Short Circuit 5 Lap - 162 313 491

There might be others if you search for his creator name, though?

A great tune again bud, worked a treat. Thank you 👍

I wasn't totally sure about it, but I won both my races by about four seconds even after killing the lead AI for everyone else  Just hits the limiter on the opening part of the second race, so it was a good guess!

I left everyone for dead off the start in both races (we won the first 2 so no need for the third). I was second in both races, I was caught and passed by the same player at about 75% distance. We both finished at least 15 seconds ahead of everyone else.

It's also 80% off in the Steam Summer Sale, but sadly no cross-play or saved game transfer possible between PC and console.
