1:33 FAIL... Why can´t they simply let the car slide over the grass, like it is in real life?

I really dont like it in FM3 when 1 wheel comes on grass, its hard to get the car back on track because the grass is like a magnet...

1:34 I like it how fast you can move through the cars!

2:30 you really cant make a review about the physics, playing with an gamepad...

Would be interesting to know how much MS paid for this review/score

That's just untrue. You can't denote an entirely *proper* feel for everything, but you can definitely draw some general comparisons.

I've given this area of the forum a break for quite some time now so I have pretty much no idea over what conversation has happened about FM4 but I'd like to ask one thing.

Am I right to presume that Le Sarthe is no longer in the game? :embarrassed:

Just to clarify the answer T gave. Le Sarthe IS in the game but the shorter Bugatti circuit isn't, for some reason.

Which is a tragedy.

Yeah I kinda like that circuit too. I hated it at first though, gotta admit. But after a few runs I grew to like it. It had character.

Rally Di Positano gone?

Haven't been following it closely but I just assume all that great work for this new track in FM3 would be included in FM4. It's one of the best things in Forza 3 for driving and taking photos. I just can't believe its not going to be in FM4, is this seriously happening?

Sidewinder another track I used a lot.

I'm pretty pissed about Porsche and the Noble being LCE and was expecting more incentive to buy Forza 4 day 1. Rally Di Positano removal is the tipping point. Giveth with one hand, taketh with the other, just like our Government.

If play time were currency for track owners Sidewinder would have closed a LONG time ago due to operating costs. Nobody uses that track. Sorry to say man. I was not surprised it's gone. Infact I would have been shocked if it made it back in for FM4

EDIT: HEY Terronium-12 I see you in Brooklyn. You grew up there or moved there?

Right, that doesn't make a lot of sense, the reason I ask is that the 'official track list' doesn't show Le Sarthe anywhere, nor does it show one of my favourite tracks from FM2 and FM3 (Sunset Peninsula Infield).

This should put you at ease

EDIT: And we know this is legit or this guy went through a lot of trouble to make it look so. (BMW Art car can briefly be seen, Backfire can be seen, visuals look a ton better than the harsh FM3 sun)

Sidewinder was only good for no-aids impossible muscle car racing (crashing) online.

Forza 4 can't be good according to you?

Game better live up to expectations because man-o-man I can see the haters in the shadows now ready to pounce on a wheel spoke being too thin.
I hate to say this since Forza 4 is showing such promise, but if I can't file 200 decals without the folder bogging, I doubt I'll stick with it and give my whole 360 rig to my brother as an early Christmas present.

SlipZtrEme can try and play GT5 as being just as boggy, but I can scroll through 100 elements of any sized folder in 10 seconds. In Forza 3... not even close. And then there's the whole photo sharing weirdness if you want to talk about a Forza ordeal.

Modeling errors are one thing, but when using the game features becomes an ordeal is where I draw the line in the concrete.

I like the sense of speed in the video up above. 70MPH feels like 120 kind of thing.

I totally understand what you mean. I get it. Those things, albeit may be non-issues to others, are game killers to you. I guess , not I guess, I know it's the same with me. Going through an ordeal to get replay footage from GT5 was too much. Especially after they touted you'd be able to upload to youtube only to go back on it. Game killer for me to a degree.

The only reason why I would beg to differ with you is because while it's kinda messed up that the large amount of decals you have slows down the system when accessing them at least you have them.

LCE unboxing.

I was going to put the Forza vinyl on my rig... But glow in the dark? Come on... What is this 1980?

You know thats replay footage right?

Well in FM3 that was one of the selectable game cameras , I'm sure. Also with Forza you can turn the HUD completely off. Been that way since I believe FM2 so it could be a replay or him driving it live. Either way it would be the same.

t.o.

Its replay footage because in FM3 you could turn everything but the upper right hand HUD, which displayed your position and lap time.

Still it looks okay.

I don't know where some of you guys are getting your copy of FM3 from but in the one I got you can turn EVERYTHING off and you can use that exact camera in real time. How do I know? I just did it. I can't count how many times I've raced with nothing on the screen in cockpit view and just to double check I did it in bumper view 2 minutes ago and was able to have absolutely nothing on the screen.

And it's been that way since Forza 2, may be even Forza 1.
