I wonder if the "450+ cars" doesn't count the duplicate race cars. We can only hope.

Don't give up hope on RUF guys. I'm sure T10 will reveal them soon before release, because it doesn't sense ditching them after bringing them up to next-gen standards (Forza 5) especially for Porsche that's been confirmed to join FM6 in 2016.

How did you guys get the idea that this is the last reveal? Either way I don't care about RUF. I much prefer real Porsche.

haha he said that it'll be available in a future update, he wasn't lying about that. Last year he said that it was coming SOON. Now, that's where I'm trying to figure out what "soon" means to him. haha

I'm hoping for one last reveal for Ruf. Othewise...dammit!
*sigh* I guess I'll just keep playing Forza Horizon 2 or FM5 for whenever I want to drive some Porsche and Ruf type cars. I'm still skeptical about Turn 10 getting a Porsche expansion in 2016; I don't even know if the license will truly become free to everyone at that point.
EDIT: Other than the Ruf problem, I'm happy with the car list. I don't really watch any forms of motorsport anymore, but I still find the vehicles used interesting. I'll enjoy giving the new Touring Cars a try along with some of the other race cars given in the game.

The 1981 Ford #55 Liqui Moly equipe Capri Turbo (real pain in the backside to find images of the real cars sometimes, lol)
For some reason, the list doubled up the XBOX Falcon and Altima.
Guess I'll be doing the EB Games pre-order.

We've had a VGT in pretty much every update and they're not really exciting on any level. But when I see all these cars T10 revealed, I'm so excited about FM6. Like you said too bad it's XBone exclusive.I guess GT7

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see more cars, but there's a conflict here. At this point, we're over the 450+ mark, so there doesn't have to be an update next week. On the other hand, we haven't been told what's up with the Mercedes-AMG GT S in the menus. I remember FM4 having the then-new Focus ST in the menus, only to be revealed later via DLC, so who knows?
That's what I'm wondering. There's only about 20 or so cars from FM5 that are missing, but there's still quite a lot of 360-era vehicles. I'd like to see a couple of those return, but making the DLC packs too focused on that category would lessen the impact, IMO. Horizon 2's packs have been so good at treading that line, I hope that keeps up for FM6.

I never had any desire to race with the VGTS and I really don't miss GT at all either because it was so stale with lifeless AI and standard cars lacking cockpit view. I also wasn't keen on the very car specific races like Lamborghini Cup or Lightweight Cars. Should have had more variety imo.
T10 actually give fans what they request and look to adapt and improve each iteration of their games. After GT4, the quality of GT became very inconsistent with this whole standard vs premium nonsense just to gloat about the 1,300 cars car list which has craploads of duplicates.
According to the GT planet article about the V8 Supercars, this week they will reveal the last 30-40 cars so looks like this last one was it. Maybe the day one dlc pack may contain the AMG GT S as it hasn't officially been announced but has been seen in the menu screen?

Exactly, the only VGT's that excited me on some level was the Toyota, BMW, Lexus because they had that little GT/DTM feel to them, but the lack of cockpit view never made me run them in any kind of races, which is sad in my opinion.
Standards are likely to make a return on GT7 even though Kaz said that they're trying to convert as many standards as possible to premium quality for GT7. That sounds good but they need recent race cars and street cars just like other racing games are doing while balancing historic race cars and street cars from the past. But like you said, they're more interested about having the most cars in their game even if that means that they're not with an equal finition quality.

There definitely is another week of reveals, hopefully this wednesday. BADNED is a man of his word. As you said, we still have the AMG GT S to be announced and that is the achievement pictures so its 100% confirmed. Also the 300ZX IMSA to come as well as a few left overs from FM5 + what ever new cars are coming.
