That track could be Mid Ohio... But it could be Sebring (if they replaced the old plates on the straight and the fences) or Homestead (If they got rid of palms and added new fences) as well... But im pretty certain it is MO, but maybe on a reverse configuration

I think it looks more like Road America's front stretch, after the pits just before turn 1.

Edit: Or maybe not, seems to be missing a few trees... Can't be Mid-Ohio either, there's a crapton of trees over there too.

Edit edit: I think that's actually the Homestead infield.

I'm happy to see so many of the Australian cars getting in. Surprised the AMC Gremlin X isn't in the list when the Pacer X is. Maybe they'll throw it in later. Starting to look forward to the more exotic racing machinery reveals. FM6 had all those great 1966/7 GP cars, late '60s open-cockpit endurance racers and a nice selection of '80s/'90s IMSA racers. I'm hoping to see those return plus some new cars focusing on other racing disciplines.

Happy:
Pontiac G8
Dodge Omni GLHS

Sad: (gone)
Charger Hellcat
2014 or 15 Camaro Z/28

Really bummed about the Z28, but I will forget when I'm playing.

They took out the 2013 Focus ST! I guess they thought no one would miss it since we have the RS, but guess who doesn't get to drive his IRL car now...
I did notice that, it's unfortunate. Another one of those instances where they put in a top-tier model and ditched the "lesser" model, even though they really are different cars. Wonder if the glitch will still be there, with the Focus RS having the ST steering wheel.

I do get my IRL Fiesta ST, but I bet the badges will still be wrong on that model too (rear ST badge on the right side of a 4-door model, rather than the left). Has been wrong since Forza Horizon 2.

The Charger SRT Hellcat is gone, they didn't put the 2006 Corvette Z06, Delorean DMC-12, or Pontiac Fiero GT, or the Detomaso Pantera back in from FM4. I was really hoping to these cars in this game.

Edit: I just noticed the 2012 Camaro ZL1, so forget what I said about not seeing the 2015 Camaro Z/28 on the list.

The 2013 Ford Focus ST is a car I can live without. I've had one sitting in my FH3 garage for several months now as one of the few I haven't bothered driving yet. It appears we also lost the GMC Syclone, and even though it's a car I won't miss much, the Vandura suddenly feels like an even bigger joke. I'd also take the AMC Gremlin X over the Pacer X, but as always, some nice cars were bound to disappear unexpectedly...

The Dodge Shelby Omni is the only car revealed today I'd consider as an exciting novelty from the Xbox 360 era, but not enough to outshine a few tough losses on another day without any new to franchise reveals.

And with this, this brings us to 425 cars (94 cars added this week). So far it's just seven cars new to the series, and 14 cars from the Xbox 360 era returning.

Important cars missing are:

Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 '15
Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat '15
Ford Focus ST '13
Ford GT40 Mk. II '66
GMC Syclone '91

My predictions for next week are European and Australian cars (even including V8 Supercars race cars and one other car brand, Hyundai, which is Asian since it's Korean).

The week after being several other race cars and/or completely new cars to the series would be possible, oh, and speaking of which, maybe they'll reveal a lot more, since two weeks from now is when Gamescom happens. Maybe even the tracks as well.

Here is hoping to next weeks (Aussie) reveal having the Holden and HSV models from FH3 plus would always take any new models to the franchise.

Just had this thought... Wouldn't it be more interesting if the reveals weren't themed? Imagine a bit of everything each week and no patterns until the final weeks. Then we'd also have a complete list of cars to compensate when we would learn about the cars that definitely didn't make it.

I missed that the 2015 Z28 was missing. What's goin on with that?!

Watch them put the newly-scanned 22B engine bay in the old FM1 shell.

Which can then race against the Group B Lancia Delta S4 with the road interior, they'd make a happy pair. ;)

If I was a betting man I would wager that the Charger Hellcat will reappear as a Forzathon prize (same for the '15 Z28).

Aye, they are probably withholding some cars for Forzathon events.

Decent List. Too bad it's missing one of my favourite cars in Horizon 3. I mean, it has all 3 Raptors which are designed for off-roading but not the Syclone. I am actually a little disappointed. Will still buy the game though.

With regard to no new cars being released.....aren't all the cars in the releases that weren't in FM6, new to the " ForzaMotorsport" franchise?

I never played Horizon, so they are all new to me, and if the physics are any good (assetto corsa level), then we'll
have nothing to complain about.

I had the same question until I realized they have added in the 2012 ZL1. Turn 10 may have their reasons for replacing it, but it's rare that two cars of the same generation are allowed to coexist in Forza. They already made an exception with the newest Camaro generation.

People get upset over the lack of new cars then They also get upset when old cars get taken away. -_-

People want new cars? How weird.
People want old cars to stay? How weird.

They have included both newer vipers this time too.

The problem with wanting some of the older, dropped cars to come back is that they were low quality 3D models.

For instance, the 2012 Camaro ZL1 was a poorly-drawn approximation that used the basic gen-5 Camaro shell from FM3. The 2015 Z/28 on the other hand, was completely redone and highly accurate. Yet according to the car list, the better of the two has been dropped, while the inferior model returns.

Hopefully they do the same for the M4 and AMG GT.

We also have two versions of the fourth generation Dodge Challenger now. Still, exceptions rather than the rule but steps have been taken in the right direction.

There's quite a few actually.

2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS
2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1
