Irregular proportions. All I can remember now is that the taillights are oversized on the FM6 model. Not off by much but enough to give the car a different slightly different character. Another thing, it also lacked top speed on its default setup.
I´m really happy with the carlist so far, excited to have the F40 Competizione back and the F50 GT too, glad to see Porsche in the main game with jewells like the Cayman GT4 and 993 GT2, Lambos and Mclaren have everything I want except the Mclaren F1 LM and Diablo SE30.

Good first reveal.
Quite supercar heavy but that's not a bad thing.
I'm sure some people out there are already complaining but whatever.
In a weird way of all the Cars listed there its actually the Porsche 928 that excites me the most.
Either way it's nice that we don't have to wait till March/April of next year to drive Porsches.
Seeing that 2017 spec Porsche makes me think that Forza doesn't require as much data as other games to include it.
That's exactly what I was thinking. Although we know the other part is true.I doubt it's a full Forzavista model. I do not think Porsche would be keen on having the world looking at the bits and pieces of their car, even if people aren't see until the end of the season. Plus, T10 might have many more staff members designated to car models than other developers.
probably holding it back for DLC :/And there's chances there's even more of them since the 917 that was in the FH3 leaks hasn't been revealed yet.

Not enough! Well, it is enough, but not a whole lot of new ones to the franchise. Not that I'm complaining, they're all really good Porsches to include and it could be worse... they could be DLC.Damn son! 29 Porsches.

I'm happy to see the 2017 919 Hybrid on this list. After the reveal trailer, i was afraid they would stick with the 2015 model. I'm a hot lapping guy when it comes to Forza. All new production cars must be taken to the Nordschleife. So basically, all the Horizon 3 newcomers are new for Motorsport 7, too. Like the Mercedes AMG GTR, (hopefully) BMW i8, Acura NSX and so on... Oh, and the Vulcan of course... that belongs to the race track anyway. What a list.
Crown Victoria?Or T10 got early access, just like it did with the Ford GT. 💡
I took every single FM6 car around Lime Rock. Don't think I'll try it again, but there are definitely a bunch of road cars I want to lap around the 'Ring...
It's possible. In more complex games like AC, you can tweak the ERS on hybrid powered race cars, like the 919, and choose between different MGUK deployment profiles that affect battery usage in different gears, torque transfer to the wheels etc. (the SF15T is definitely the most complicated one and features more settings). If we look at the '15 919 Hybrid, as an example, in FM6 It doesn't offer this kind of adjustments (for MGUK/TC) or a KERS button to override the ERS profile; same for the Audi R18 and the TS040. Less stuff to simulate, less data required, me thinks.Seeing that 2017 spec Porsche makes me think that Forza doesn't require as much data as other games to include it.
pretty much all the car models from the FM1/2 days are off proportion wise, they replaced or tweaked a lot of them but some of them still remain!I remember Golf IV R32 also looking a bit weird. Didn't notice with Porsche that much but Golf seemed somewhat off. Would be a bummer if they cut it.
Crown Victoria?
Something doesn't add up in Turn 10's article. It highlights the #23 Ferrari 330 P4 whereas the list below says it's #24. Now, for some reason there's no picture in the article to clarify.
The 2017 Mercedes-AMG GT R is confirmed for Forza Motorsport 7, as it was featured in the E3 Reveal trailer.I'm happy to see the 2017 919 Hybrid on this list. 2)
1998 Ferrari #12 Risi Competizione F333 SP
1998 Ferrari #30 MOMO Doran Racing F333 SP
And if only these would just be 1 car that had 2 racing livery paint jobs instead of 2 cars with 1 livery cluttering up the garage numbers. I honestly fail to see the reason they don't use different manufacturer liveries for a racing car in the exact same way as road cars have multiple manufacturer color schemes to choose from.
Would be great to see these 2 things changed... someday.
Going to take 2 examples from the announced car list what my 2 main gripes are with the cars in the Forza series :
1)
2014 Ferrari #51 AF Corse 458 Italia GTE
2014 Ferrari #62 Risi Competizione 458 Italia GTLM
I assume this will be the exact same as in FM6 again so... if only these two would not have the exact same stats and be in the exact same generic "modern GT racing" class. I hope someday Turn 10 pays some respect to the racing cars and motorsport series their cars are racing in. Just seeing them both with the exact same stats racing in the exact same class really takes the immersion away from me.

Edit: Just noticed the 928. Nice!
They really need more old racers - 935 and 917k spring to mind
I'm assuming you have this same gripe with PCars 2 that also does it?2)
