Man the tyre wear meter next to the tyres is tiny, definitely needs to be a lot bigger so at a quick glance you can see how much tread you have left. Tbh I didn’t even know what it was until I watch it on a big screen instead of a phone

I'm really hoping this system is not further tied to each individual car you buy as well. As I've said before, if you unlocked all the parts for a C7 Z06, then any additional C7 Z06s you purchase should be fully unlocked as well.
Yeaaahh about that...If you buy a dupe you will have to start the leveling process over again.

Yea thats going to be a tough one ughhh… hopefully they fix it so you can at least level up the duplicate faster. Also did you see the pit animations.. is that it or did they not fully show it?

You still have to grind (to quote Turn 10) “2-3 hours per car” to unlock the parts needed to even begin the setup test process. That’s the core issue for custom racing.
We'll be able to cheat the system with rubber bands on controllers with all auto-driving assists turned on like in FH5, right? Just need to do it via cloud gaming to keep electricity costs under control, and set alarms every 3 hours through the night to wake up to a garage full.

Guarentee there will be out rage on this one once people twig. No way are people going to be happy leveling up the same car multiple times.

Remember to not take "at launch" to mean "it will come later", it just means they don't want to say it definitely won't in case they change their minds.

“Not available at launch” and “available post-launch” imply two very different things. One leaves the window open for scrapping a feature entirely whereas the other simply confirms something will drop “later”.

In other words, one makes a no sound like a maybe, and another is essentially a yes.

I think the wording there was very carefully chosen by Turn 10.

I’m sure the spectate mode will get implemented however, if Turn 10 have any esports aspirations with this game they effectively rely on good broadcasting features to be available in-game.

Which of these tracks were new to Forza 7?

Because they might decide to include those first, or at least some of those at launch.

My 4 picks however would be the same as yours. Difficult choice anyway, we will lose some really great tracks (hopefully we will recover some via DLC).

Bathurst is the only track left I'd be disappointed not to see, as an NZer it is such an iconic track in our Motorsport history. Other than that, would love to see Brands Hatch and Watkins Glen make the cut
Forza Motorsport has confirmed the Ford Falcon and Holden Commodore V8 Supercars, but it would be really odd to not have the Mount Panorama Bathurst Circuit at launch.

Are we sure about the Nurburgring? We only saw a teaser of the GP circuit i think.

lol watch next forza monthly, Chris Esaki says: " unfortunately because the difficulty of scanning the full ring, we will only have the gp circuit for launch"

i just have a feeling we are not getting the full ring

Noooooooooo! Damn I love the Ring.

That would piss me off not gonna lie. The ring is my favorite circuit and im waiting to put some serious hours on it with the new dyanmic tod/weather and physics.

I have no concerns with Turn 10 wanting to implement an effort-based progression system into the game (it’s overall a good thing), but to not have a single way to bypass said progression in a casual “I only have 30 minutes and want to whip up a car build for funsies” manner is going to be disappointing for some.
I think adjusting so it's manufacturer or division based would be the best solution. That way you still have to put in a little work (2-3 hours) but you get all of the cars from that division or marque done in one swoop.

Get cars mods easier vs progression (and fantasy tracks vs real tracks) are the biggest core issues with this game, people had been complaning too much that you got the cars too easy and had no sense of connection with the cars

When they finnaly do something new that try put their focus on it, the part of comunity that dont mind fill their garage quickly and do their car mods quikly are now the people that are angry with it

Its really hard to please everyone, I guess

Also, i think there a confusion about Spec Racing, it looks that it will work different from FM7, you will be put on the car/setup you need automatically, no need to have a certain level to get the parts you get on spec, all cars will be automatically configured to setup pre-determinated by T10

Yeaaahh about that...If you buy a dupe you will have to start the leveling process over again.
They said that the more you level up a certain brand more quicker to get on maximum level will be
How quicker? that is where i dont know much how it will be

Has Twin Ring Motegi really been renamed Mobility Resort Motegi? It sound like an assisted living facility.
Yeahp, that's apparently the new name.
Can confirm, it seems that Japanese autobrands are focusing in urban mobility and that one of the ways Honda wanted to market their vision, they changed the parts around the track, changed the museum around the oval (the oval grandstands are now abondoned it seems) to a new bulding and bulit a new park around it

the four most popular circuits in the track voting section of the Forza forums would be:

  1. Mobility Resort Motegi
  2. Mount Panorama Circuit
  3. New York Circuit
  4. Tsukuba Circuit

You had forgot Interlagos that is BY FAR the most track voted, and second overall if we count cars alongside it, only missing to the meme known as Nissan Tsuru

Speaking in Brazil, had been a moviment on last few days for people vote in the Fiat Uno, that is one of the most popular cars here in Brazil

Maybe I'm the only one... But among the Brazilian tracks I would have liked to see the Jacarepagua racetrack too, which also had an unusual "oval" layout (without any banking, with two demanding braking sections, in turn 1 and turn 4), also used by Formula CART in late 90s, early 2000s.

But it no longer exists (dismantled for the 2016 Rio Olympics). At least I've raced there in a few MotoGP games.
