I mean the RC F and the 720 have been spotted, its only a matter of time before theyre made official
The RC F is pretty ancient though, I'm pretty sure it has been around since 2014 readying for the 2015 season, and the only publicized update/evo kit for it I can remember seeing was in 2017 which, if I remember right, was a pretty heavy re-engineering as the early car wasn't very good. Now it's basically just run in Super GT and IMSA in factory approved efforts rather than normal customers like most GT3 cars. It's also been said a replacement is coming a number of times, with the most recent comment from a Lexus exec being "hopefully 2024."

Personally I'm sick of GT3 so I'm not sure I care much about those, but it is kind of a "Forza thing" of the last few titles to be very slow to get modern race cars, and when they do get them they often add them right as the car is getting a refresh or being obsoleted or even after the regulations have changed... Which is sorta fine, even if the rules have changed it doesn't make some of the cars not cool or fun to drive, but I get why some of the fanbase is angry about almost always being 5 years behind on race cars.

Speaking of obsolete cars, we haven't seen anything of the DPi class cars lately have we? I know they are replaced by LMDh now but I was actually kinda looking forward to trying out the DPi as well for comparison, and depending on how the LMDh cars use their hybrid energy, figured I might actually like the older more straightforward DPi cars better since they weren't hybrid.

Xbox Japan just confirmed their TGS showcase, September 21st at 18:00 JST/9:00 UTC/5am US ET
Probally we will hear news about Hakone there if they dont show before that

Assuming they show off Lime Rock by tomorrow, then Indianapolis the day after that, Hakone could be the very last circuit they may reveal during the Forza monthly.

Seems like t10 is going to talk about the preview that the youtubers have gotten.

Hopefully, since fh5 has its livestream earlier that the forza monthly this time, we can get a full hour about FM.

There should be 1 more pre launch stream for FM, right before launch(1 or 2 days).

Mmm I didnt think there was much left to talk about, hopefully they show more raw gameplay, we still have that much if I’m honest

^ Like I've said many times, despite people saying Forza looks cartoony or washed out even for the same footage (and overcast weather settings aside) I've never played an ugly Forza game.
Agreed, out of the box, FM7 looks better than any other PC sim on the market still to this day, the fact GT7 looks as good as it does even on a PS4 is a testament to the PD dev's, I'm just excited to see how much the T10 dev's can squeeze out of the new gen consoles + PC, and I'll be playing on both.

Just wondering, of the 100 final cars what cars you guys wanted to see in the game?
Also what car you think that surelly will be in CarPass?

i want to know how they will manage parity with the FH5 cars (that are being added). I noticed that the 296 was missing from the list, and potentially the mc20.

i hope the car pass is all new cars. I hope they bring back older GT1/GT2 group 5/ group 6 etc type racecars too

If you will also play FH5 after FM launch, the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray will be given to you, if you download and play Forza Motorsport

also the bmw m2 2023 is coming to fh5. Surely that has to launch with motorsport.

Also at the the end of the FH5 stream they said that the upcoming forza monthly will preview the opening act of the game

Forza Motorsport 2 was pretty dang ugly with it's aliasing. The step up to FM3 was insane at the time

Some people had leaked that will be the first 1h30 of the game

It probably won't be 90 minutes of straight progress-focused gameplay. I'd also like to experience that for myself so I won't watch that, but considering how much they talk and explain things and features, it's probably gonna be half and half of playing and talking.

ACC on pc looks better than both by a significant margin, and i say this as someone who loves Forza And GT more than any other game. I play them all on PC and PS5 and ACC is just on a different level compared to them.

I treat FH5 as a sample of the lighting model they can achieve. FH5 with a proper HDR screen looks really good, better than in SDR YouTube clips or SDR exported photos.
Its still is the best looking racing game and one of the best out of any genre. The overall level of detail and lighting with HDR is just unmatched currently.

are talking about what the youtubers have access to or what will be on forza monthly?
Both actually haha

I think that Forza monthly will show some but focus will be in show features they had been not talking much like paint booth or the wheel support

This is a fantastic set of hatches, sad the Twingo RS from FM4 hasn’t made it but there’s some good machinery there. R26.R 😍
