Another furious race between Forcone and I, even Deadly joined in towards the middle of the race after Forcone and I had a coming together, I had much better traction and way better on the brakes, but the raw speed of Forcones car had us switching positions quite regularly on the back straight

If someone could send me the warm up lap replay as I forgot to save it, thanks

The racing was super fun since we had such different type of setups! Did you have fattest race tires possible? I think I was running full weight reduction with stock width R-tires.

No i had the smallest front tyres and then my back tyres about midway, the stock gearbox killed me on acceleration compared to yours

I had the stock box too! I figured the power band was wide enough and that I would have more time to concentrate on driving that damn thing than messing my constant gear shifts with that stupid Fanatec shifter... 💡

That's crazy. You 2 are really starting to separate yourselves from the rest of the pack. The rest of us are just fighting for 3rd place at this point.

Thanks Carlos. I hope some of you guys are free to race some this week. I'm off Monday and working nights the rest of the week so I'll have a few hours to play during the day. Carlos and SilentDrifter seem to be addicted to Minecraft at the moment, so I don't expect you guys will be playing Forza when I'm on.

Don't worry about it Carlos, just send the replay when you have time. We used to have some good, fun races....AWSOM3, Carlos, Marmite and occasionally a few others would join in. These days I'm lucky to get one club member to accept an invite to race. I don't even bother inviting anybody to race much anymore because hardly anybody accepts.

Looney, it's not the setup. Forcone and Fezz are aliens....and I suspect a couple other club members may be too.

Attention everyone, I have updated the results and next weeks cars and track. Please note I have seen some ideas over at the Season 3 thread and have incorporated one of the ideas by giving you the choice of car. I have listed the top 3 Leaderboard cars (B Default) and you can choose which ever one you want to compete with. This will be new for this season so let's have fun with it and see if this is something we will want to try again at a later date! If there are any concerns please let me know.

Well here are some shots form the line up.

I needed to warm up the tires as well.

2 things I noticed. 1.Forcone was doing a burnout the entire time up until we were about finished. 2. I think I started the whole going onto the grass line since I wasn't pointing the right way.

If qualifying goes to script, one or two drivers will be in the top 50 by Friday!

I actually like the look of the Vauxhall the best. As far as performance, the Opel and Vauxhall accelerate a little better and the Lotus handles a little better....with similar builds and tunes anyway.

This is what I thought when Jimbo picked these cars. I bet we'll have 5 or 6 in the top 100 and maybe 2 or 3 in the top 50. I don't know this course all that well, but I'm shooting for my first top 100.

Yeah, I wanted everyone to follow the corner but it was already taking awhile and I barely had enough time to race. If a photo Op should arrive again, I will better coordinate.

BTW, DeadlyDC is already #94 overall on the boards in qualifying ....I've got a long way to go to get close to him, after about 15 laps I'm 2.5 seconds slower sitting at #793 overall, but I'll be much faster by Friday. I still think I can get top 100 after I put in lots more work. Chris is around #500 overall in the Vauxhall right now.
