asshole...
what do you mean by that :ill: ??
The first shot I didn't use multiple photos to combine
just one single shot ... so it is within 2.0 rules
I can prove it if you want me to :D

Thanks for liking the batch guys:tup:

Absolutley ****ing awesome, franz.
The first's colors are amazingly vivid.
The second has a feel that makes it look foggy, awesome.

And the rest are good too.

As a photography - and excluding all the PS work - my favourite is the 2nd thumb.

I really like that one as well. And the B&W shot is absurdly cool, where was it taken?

Your work always has great color balance and tone. Dammit, franz - how do you do it?!

Also, that 2nd shot of the Minolta car is awesome. Very cool! 👍

Damn franz! I think the first shot is the best of the bunch but they are all great really liking your updates

All shots are done at Amarfi. The B&W shot was crap in original form because of the crappy sky texture. I would put gradient over the sky usually but it came with the ugly clouds, so I turn that into B&W to hide that crap  Later putting cloud filter with 2% noise in softlight mode plus a B&W gradient layer in screen mode (I think). Finish it up with level adjustment to give out best detail and contrast :)

The tone thing I usually adjust with gradient mapping and put that into overlay or softlight mode. Then using level or curve to adjust the b&c on the photo. Basically it is equivalent to colour filters but you get more control over the shadow, midtone and highlight. I often go with dark indigo and light yellow combination for the gradient mapping (very realistic). For the 2nd thumb I have used brown and light yellow combo to get that vintage/sunset feel. I usually adjust it couple times until it looks realistic to me. I mean no strange colour tone unless I am trying something artistic. I am working on a tutorial for applying this technique. Meanwhile I can learn more skills with Adobe Indesign :)

Glad its a compliment TF :)

holy makrel. talk about lancia stratos. you didnt have one bunk shot in that lot. magnificent work through and through. it appears to me that you spent alot of time making these shots and it really worked. im very impressed. wonderful pics man.👍

This is your best! 👍 Damn all of those lancia shots are amazing... I want to have such skills.
How long do you spend on one picture? (like for example the first one)

cheers

I spent about 30mins to finish the first one. Adding motion blur, gradient mapping, satuation and level. The original already have little motion blur on it. I didn't even clean up those door lines, but it already kicks so much @ss and I love it so much. Thanks to the red/pink trees from the background.
The 3rd shot I spent more time on it but the result is just so-so, maybe too blurry when I taking it. First 3 verticals are quite lots of work, and did lots of undo to get them right, but there are still room for improvement but I prefer not to overdo the shot. I guess I spend less than a hour for each of them. Well glad you like them 👍

Just a small update, the 2nd FTO LM shot was a mistake entry for PD Tour
always believing Fantasy LM cars = any PD made LM cars
and the RX-8 LM were taken a while back for 2.0 comp
hope you guys like them

The 2nd FTO shot is brilliant. I love the colors, and what appears to be the stock GT4 blur is excellent.👍 The others are very nice as well.

Awesome shots franz! The first FTO and the second RX-8 are my faves! 👍 Keep 'em coming

amazing shots franz! my favorites are the the FTO shots, the simplicity of the 2nd motion blur picture makes the picture extremely cool  i hope u have a clean up crew theres going to be a big puddle of drool, follow the trail of drool and u should be able to find it :D
