Is it just me, or is anyone else getting an error when connecting to the PS store?

Someone told me that's happening because there's so many people on the store right now? I don't really know, but if you keep trying you should get through eventually...

And ashes619, they're like right next to the two PS3 game offers. It's all under the Welcome Back section of the PS Store.

That may be the problem, because I was able to get in just now.

EDIT: I chose WipEout Bundle, and inFAMOUS as my two free PS3 games.

That's weird, some people I know actually had the same problem except with the PS3 games, so only the PS Plus and free PSP games appeared. Anyway, I'd kinda expect problems like this considering it's the first day of the offer. Sony acknowledged the errors due to high traffic (http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/06/03/welcome-back/) but I haven't heard anything from them on the offers not appearing at all.

Ok so I can confirm now that if you happen to have both NA & Euro/UK PSN accounts you DO get the benefits of the Welcome Back packages for both regions! Yep, 4 full games total. I would imagine that is equally true if you have a Japanese account but can't confirm.

On the error messages, keep trying or return later. The servers are getting hammered.

I have two accounts, how do I know if I have a UK one? How did you make a UK account?

I've gotten both games to download, but how long does it take for the PlayStation Plus subscription to activate?

What about the PSP games. Sony said that we could also download 2 PSP games but I can't find them.

When I went to the store, I had options for 2 PS3 and 2 PSP games, plus a theme.

Maybe it's only if you have registered your PSP, and with the same account? I don't know. I haven't tested downloading a game on my PSP yet.

Edit: Does it say anywhere if there is a time limit to sign up to the Plus service? I leave for vacation in 2 weeks, and so if I subscribe now, it'll be two weeks wasted. I'd prefer to wait until July to subscribe, if possible.

Game sharing thing? If you mean downloading games to your PS3 with a friend's account, then I imagine that yes it should work. You can run 5 copies of any download of 5 different pieces of hardware. However, although I haven't read the fine print regarding that specific agreement, I'm guessing you might very well be violating some portion of the Acceptable Use contract by doing so. Just so you know.

I have multiple European accounts but they tell me to change my password through the email. This is a problem because 1) I don't live in Europe and 2) the emails were made up... so what am I supposed to do now? I don't think calling tech support is really an option...

I just finished downloading Wipeout and wow...that has to be one of the most amazing game i´ve ever played.

Its so addictive and I dont know why i cant stop smiling when im playing it.

Of the 10+ accounts I have, only two didn't require me to change my password through email. And I forgot all my email passwords...

Are you getting Ratchet and Clank? Is it even available in your region?

Correct. It will all be taken away. The 2 games you get to keep forever though.

All the free games are limited (e.g. Burnout). And as long as you get PS+, you get Burnout. Every 'Exclusive Discount', normal discounts, themes, avatars and wallpapers are your to keep...

It seems some people here have tried it already, and they say it works. I'm gonna test it out in a bit, too. Just as soon as my first two games are finished downloading.

Well that's good to know. I suppose there's only one "limited" offer that I really wanted, so I'll probably just end up buying that. I hope the sale doesn't end before my Plus trial does.

Oh, that's cutting it close. I get back from vacation on July 3rd. I wonder if there's a time in the day...

I tried to purchase the first choice, but there was an error, so I had to go back. When I did, the first PS3 game option was gone, and I haven't selected a game yet. I tried going back a few hours later, but no luck at all? Now I can only get one game. What is the dealio?
