Free PSN Games - Your Choice of 2 from a List of 5

I tried to purchase the first choice, but there was an error, so I had to go back. When I did, the first PS3 game option was gone, and I haven't selected a game yet. I tried going back a few hours later, but no luck at all? Now I can only get one game. What is the dealio?

Same thing happened to me...so I downloaded free game 2 and went on my other account to download the other game.

If anyone finds their links 'vanishing' try this, from the PS blog:

Try this:
1. On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB
2. Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List
3. Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed
4. Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”

I'm sorry if someone asked this already, but here goes:

If I have multiple PSN accounts for the same PS3 (for remote racing), can I reap all of the rewards twice?

Can anyone confirm can you do this or not?

Also, I downloaded Wipeout and I'm playing it, it seems like I can't do background download of my other game? It says pending. That's ridiculous if I can't download my game while playing another game.

yup, upon download they each become pre-activated before the actual download begins, I've used my dupe account to select wipeout HD+DLC and Infamous ( including a pre-packed DLC it appears )

Main account for LBP and Dead Nation.


Films picked were -> Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within ( HD ), House Of The Dead 2: Dead Aim ( HD ), Resident Evil : Degeneration ( HD ).

Anyone know if any of the dynamic themes are free and remain unlocked after the 30 day PSN+ trial?

If I download one of those games on account/user 2, can I still play it on account/user 1? Sometimes for certain content, it will only let you play it on the account you downloaded it from.

What are these films you speak of? Are they from PS plus? Do you get to keep them forever?

rentals, you are permitted 2 movie rentals per PSN account also

I find that odd. The 7000mb file took a few hours to download (granted I was playing a game for some of that time, so it wasn't downloading then). It took about 10 minutes to install (maybe less, as I use my television as a monitor, so I wasn't watching the PS3 screen).

I am surprised that the network didn't crash. With so many people downloading, i'm glad that no downloads (that I know of) got messed up. I have had a few things I needed to download the past few days and have had surprisingly few error screens. I downloaded 4 DLC's for Borderlands, a Duke Nukem demo, and the two games (inFAMOUS and Little Big Planet). I didn't have any problems until I hit game download #2. Even then, it was a simple fix and I was able to get the download to function properly.

Yer, no idea what the problem was but it took a little over an hour to install. All good though, no complaints since I have gotten 6 games for free. 👍

Psn store, just press X on the Video tab and you should be taken straight to the video store.

there isn't much on offer sadly and after the first playback you can either only be allowed to watch for 48 hours worth in total or can only watch the movie/movies for up to 48 hours after your first "watch"

I can't say which it is as I don't really understand it myself, anyway I picked 3 using 2 PSN accounts so I'll finally be able to see the final fantasy movie in full Hd ( oh it's SO exciting ) lol

From what I've read here you can activate PSN Plus any time in the next 30 days so I could do it anytime until the 3rd July to start it right?

Also does anyone know if online play for the free games is worldwide (so playing lets say a US download on a UK account would be ok?)

It also good to hear you can get two free movie rentals per account but you have to download them this weekend.

In services list there is no playstation promo option.

I found it listed as "SCEA Promotion" clicked on it and both missing "free download" options were avaliable.

P.S. expect super slow download speeds.
