Took the old rangey out for a photoshoot today and noticed something lurking in the background.
New Sponsor for this season is Oz Racing who were kind enough to supply the wheels for this season.
So might aswell confirm my car for this year the Alfa GT
The heaviest car in the field but a great big V6 meaning it is one of the most powerful cars in the field but also non turbo so will struggle on the torque out of corners although to cope with this the gearbox ratios have been changed to the same as the range rover to help and as most people know thats where that car's advantages will lay, wether it will be the same for this we will have to wait and see.
All i know is the starts won't be as good.

Did go pretty well in testing, last season i managed to do a red bull and pull back a lot of points in the second half of the season after i got the hang of it but lost too much in the first part of the season. Hoping to get a handle on the Alfa quicker and go for the independents championship this year. Car seemed to do well in testing but still can't match the renualt on the straights.

I found when I tested the Alfa it seemed to understeer quite a bit too much for my liking

It'll be interesting seeing how AMD will do with it then, as he was on his own in the Rangey as well.

Thought I'd try it with an LSD after your post and I'm actually slower with one. Maybe because most real life motorsport experience is with non LSD cars so I know how to drive them better.
Might be my set up but I always get out dragged by the Renaults on the straights.
I like being on my own
I had experimented with a special gearbox set up on the rangey in testing for spa but didn't run it as spa is pretty high speed in race 1 and finished down the order, stuck it on for race 2 and finished 5th iirc then at the next round scored 2 wins. It was also at spa I lost all my team mate. I feel I will be down the order at brands indy but the other races hopefully will be decent.
Didn't go with the Mazda as I can't seem to unbalance the rear and the 5 speed was a killer.

Good morning all. Entry update:
Worth noting despite 29 drivers being registered, many are part time. Clark has withdrawn which means @raceorama123432 will be a second Humberside Junior from Spa onwards. @Akmuq and @gokartman78 are sharing a Lexus initially before both start appearing later in the season. @Ninners is missing the season opener as well as @LancerEvo7 . @ranhammerR34 is also part time.
Calendar update - looks final. After Brands GP worst overall meeting will be dropped.
