championship white for me

managed to match furis times last night but I imagine I need to find at least .500 more to run with the aliens.

Funny you said that...

So here's SYM's photoshoot (well only one photo actually)...

Before you guys say anything about the tyres, I decided to fit Wets on my car while @snowgt's car has Slicks fitted in...

And here's a solo photo of my car as well as my racing overalls for this season (yeah I do try and match the overalls to the livery whenever possible, on any series I race)...

Nice 👍

Exactly. I did a 32.4 when I tested there some time ago but I'm sure somebody would have beaten that time. Mind you at the last test I had sticky pedals which cost me loads of time.

I had that and issues with track surface not loading in front of me as well...

Nurburgring has weird track surface with different grip levels in parts changin every lap... Just ask @DrifterJoe ...

Wasn't talking about grip, but about not having track textures load up at all... actually that track is unforgiving regarding especific racing lines (according to what car/drivetrain you're using) in order to actually being able to pull decent laptimes...

Was really annoying. The brakes start sticking mid corner - corner exit and it's like you've virtually stopped

I actually have more of a sticky and/or shaky throttle (which sometimes prevented me from slowing down properly for some corners)

Throttle sticking is terrible when you're in a high powered car. Spikes and sticks and it just spins you out. And in tight street tracks you can barely navigate the slowest of corners with it sticking.

My throttle flickers, I just wait until it gets too bad and then clean out all the dust and hair etc that gets inside the pedals. That usually sorts it for about a month before the throttle starts flickering again.

My steering can be a bit weird. It sometimes flicks back to neutral mid corner making the car oversteer wildly. This is why I haven't done a WSC race (other than Daytona) with it as getting damage from that woul be annoying

I had the same pedal issue in GT5 with my G25 as well as a shifter problem. Luckily the problem was fixed.

Have been considering getting an upgrade to a G27 or something along those lines but since the G27 apparently isn't compatible with the PS4 means I'm staying with the DFGT.

In other news, my DS3 has now started to crumble apart. Not bad since it's been raced to death since '09.

My L3 thingy has been loose for 3 years now. The second charger is now dead.

Mine's been in action since my brother got it (around 2006/2007) when he was playing his games & later me (oh do I remember the days we squabbled over it :D). But it's been out of action for quite a while since I never really need it. But I need to get a new charger to use it.
