I just might the funny, but its really... interesting. Paris Hilton reading the Art of War by Sun Tzu or her just reading at all?

Exactly! If you look at the early pages of the book, the one's that she's apparently already read through. They're still laying perfectly together. If that book had been read, by anyone, the pages that have been held open will have a small but noticeable 'feathering'.

So I figure it was a photoshoot or something to promote herself as . . . more than Paris Hilton.

She's sitting on some antique chair, what looks like the stand of a tall lamp behind her and she's got reading glasses on. Sitting there totally engrossed by the book. Such a poorly setup shot idea for starters.

So I figure that the photographer had a sense of humour and gave her Art of War for her to be reading. Just to push the ridicule-ness over the edge.
