That's the rules that do that. There are many rules governing how long things are and where you can put aerodynamics and how wide a piece is allowed to be. That is why they all look similar.What's funny about the new F1 cars, or any F1 cars for that matter, is that their designs are supposed to be highly secretive, yet they all end up having a similar design feature every year. Lots of snitches in the business of F1 racing me thinks.
