Looks like my photoshop over at Viperclub has made its rounds. I dropped it because I hated the SUV ride height in the original picture. Its too low but just wanted to see how it would look slammed.

Sadly this does not look like a 2nd generation GTS, but at least the ugly angular lines are finally replaced for smooth curves and refinement. Strangely it's a cross between a SLS and a 599.

Supposedly the "All AMG designed" SLS is riding on a Chrysler designed chassis which was supposed to be the next Viper. Evident in the Viper-like proportions of the SLS.

This is true. Its not a myth. Also if you look at an RT/10 Viper next to the SLS you will see the Viper blood line in the SLS. I cant look at an SLS and not see a Dodge in a pinstripe suit. They actually had a video online with the SLS vs the Gen IV Viper as fraternal twins...The Viper destroyed the SLS performance-wise by the way lol...

You're right. I looks like a 5th generation GTS.


And what's this about the SLS being on a Chrysler chasis? Really? I thought the decision to remake the Viper was a FIAT/Chrysler idea. I mean, it's been what 2 or 3 years since Diamler dropped Chrysler? Granted, the talk could have started with Mercedes, but I don't know. I don't see anything Chrysler about the SLS. I know the SLK and the Crossfire were pretty much the same car, but the SLS and Viper? Really? I thought the SLS and SLR were to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the SL line.

I'm curious, though, is that Viper really in that photo? Because if there's only one Viper currently, the promo car, then that car in the photo would be it, just painted a different color. I mean, the SRT Viper doesn't ship until the fall, so...I'm just curious about this Viper in this photo.
