I was playing back a recording of my fastest lap at Tsukuba with the Nissan time trial for GT Academy, and the replay froze my PS3 right as I crossed the finish line. The image on the screen just froze, and PS3 was no longer responsive.

My PS3 rarely freezes while playing a game. It's a 120GB slim about a year old or so.

You can install a carbon fiber drive shaft for the Mazda RX-8

It comes with one stock so it shouldn't be an "upgrade" you can purchase.

My first experience with the Jaguar XJ13 tells me that it is far, far, far faster in the game than it has any business actually being.

My B-Spec drivers level is 16 3/4 to a level 17 but the progress bar at the top of the GT Life menu, and the progress bar after every race says hes level 15 1/4 to 16. This happened just after the update. The game counts the real XP as 16 going on 17...but it just bugs me that the menu is so far behind.

there is a bug/glitch in the arcade mode time trial when everytime you pass the starting line, the game froze for a second then it runs again

Sorry but what the **** is going on. First i had a bug with the last race in kart race, it froze after a few laps and now, after the update, my favourite event the "La festa Cavaliono" freezes everytime im about to reach the start and finish line. That is not okay!!!

Edit: It's all races there freeze now! I don't like the thought about starting all over again. :´(

Edit, Edit: i discovered what there were wrong, it was because i was running a custom playlist and know everything works? I'm just glad, I don't need to reinstall :D

Just noticed that the RX7' FC3S's rpm meter is fixed. It passes 4500rpm now. Glitch no more.

I was driving a newly-acquired Miura Prototype on my own personal track, I fishtailed out into a wall and bent some rear end. So as I'm looking at it, IT MORPHS BACK INTO ORIGINAL SHAPE. What gives?

I don't mean to alarm you, but your Miura may be possessed

Everyone smacks into the inside wall of the chicane coming out of the tunnel in almost every lap. They do the same thing in the interchanges after that chicane, and every AI car (including Bob) drives right into the pit entrance wall at least once per race.

GT Auto guy doesn't know where the oil is on the Tommy kiara ZZ-II. Gets under the front of the car around the base of the windshield and does it from there.

So is that an agreement with me?

No. That was me posting an explanation without realizing that you already had.

Edit: Though I suppose that does mean I'm agreeing with you.

Changes in LSD and torque differential not saving

I was playing and tuning my car yesterday and notice that the LSD and torque setting is not sticking to my numbers after I change them.

For example, I would change my torque diff to 28 / 72. Go back out and race, come back and it will be 30 / 70. Does anyone else notice this?

Also the same with LSD setting, I would set to a number like 38, next time I go in it will be 40. Seems like it would round off itself.

What was the problem with it before the update may I ask?
It had the taillights from the post-2002 NSX.

The JGTC Diablo isn't eligible for the Lamborghini race either. I seriously have to question why PD even bothered including it at this point.

The '98 original shape Mini is not classed as British in the game. I tried t bust in to the British Lightweights with it and couldn't because I failed the Country: British regulation.

The Jaguar E-Type cant enter the british light weight serie :nervous:

It's too heavy, perhaps?

Yup, it's listed as German! Silly PD.

It doesn't appear like the gap measurement in B-Spec updates correctly. It only changes ever lap rather than every sector.

I think that's just a "feature". It is annoying, but you can manually work out gaps by looking at the timing screen. I wish it did flash up for every sector, though.
