I had really bad luck with the weather when I did that one. I had thick fog all over the place that lasted at least 30 minutes realtime to go away. I did not see a thing, it was really scary to rely on the Altimeter (sp.?) to know how high I was cause the only thing I was seeing was my Hydra.
Got to dig out the Top Gun soundtrack, when I reach that mission again.
Hope I have clear skys when I do the mission on my 2nd time through.

Just a random funny story about my very first date with Katie last night:
I showed up at her place and triggered the date. As she was walking out to me, some Ballas saw me so I had to take them out. That triggered a gang war, and Katie followed me out on the street while I killed a single wave of them to win the turf. So in the middle of the street, standing in a pool of Balla blood, I gave Katie a big purple dildo. She loved it, and the rest of our first date went smoothly... 👍

Its in the downtown part of LS, just look for the highest building in town.

well typical, i was on vigilante level 130 or 140 and i had to go eat, come back out and the hunter is gone 
i have 30 seconds to find police vehicle and i have no wanted stars. with 22min on clock any police vechicle would of done. next time have a wanted lvl before you eat so you garuteed a police vechicle. It will be around lvl 80 before you need to eat so you have aroun 12min for the first eating break and 22 min around lvl 130 - 140 for the second so people take that into account.

I found it, someone gave directions on foot (they weren't very good though) and I couldn't find it, so I just jumped out of a stolen jet onto the roof and got it!

i got 280m or so but i cant prove it unless i snap it then and there as i have a wonderful 1882m in my stats

It should be on your brief screen (if you aren't a fast pic taker).
Can someone tell me what vehicle you use for the Roboi's asset--- is it a bike?? If so maybe its not spawning because I haven't maxed my bicycle skill yet (this came to me in my sleep last night--- GTA dreams)--- and can someone verify I'm at the correct Roboi's (in case there is more then one)
I've been going to the one west of Mulholland intersection-- I think thats supposed to be mulhulland blvd like in LA but it reminds me of sunset blvd.

It's the one at the Mulholland intersection and it's a BMX. I had the same problem with the Delivery mission in SF, the damn thing just didn't want to spawn for a while.

I found one around LS near Transfender. I still have it in my Santa Maria Beachhouse. I think you might need a nice car to have it spawn regardless of you thinking that what car you have equals what you see spawn. Even though it's obvious you won't see a Huntley while driving a Blista Compact.
