I mean, how can they make it Japan only and not extend it to overseas for sale to bring in additional income?

Probably because they're doing it by hand. So international shipping is probably more work tham they are able to take on.
Idk if there is anyore to it than that. I have noticed that they seem to respond to random japanes twitter users but never respond to foreigners. ..even when I write to them in Japanese

It would probably cost them more to just import stickers to other countries, that it just wouldn't seem worth it.

That's probably because there likely isn't anything in the works, and that you guys have just been over-examining horrible, absolutely horrible, translations.

It feels like Gran Turismo 5 to me, but this game that Genki could try funding themselves with stickers is a good plan. They would not do this for nothing for the fans in Japan, Europe, and North America.

Due to poor translations by Google, we can't gather much info, but only rough estimate of what is said sadly. I keep up with Genki though. More than Polyphony Digital because they lack what Genki has to offer currently. It's almost 2017, I think we should wait until February or March of next year...

What I can gather is that they're talking about txr in non specific terms. they posted pics of people playing txr on dreamcast in their office. they built a race car that was possibly driven by the president of the company and they sold some stickers that say genki racing project.

They have hired more for their gaming division and recently has shown interest in the TRX series, but unfortunately no real information for a new game in the series.

Also i have not seen much from GRP in the last couple months in their Facebook or Twitter after the racing event and stickers sales.

I think I am on my 5th New GAME + in import tuner, so it would be nice to play a new version

I've still got hope. They've been active on their Twitter a lot recently but even with the translation I can't really figure it out.

It just wouldn't make sense for them to start pushing GRP again for no reason, plus they were on the list for companies who are making games for the PS4

I've been playing Kaido Racer 2 again recently and I'm starting to build my Genki collection, it'd be a shame to never see a new game

Their Facebook page is teasing us! Their latest posts so far were about the Nismo Festival and their last endurance race of the year. Also, I want their hoodie!



Still, no sign of a new Shutokou Battle or Kaido Battle game yet...

This list of 'PS4 partners' was released in a PS event like 3 years ago, now, things could have changed but Genki is in there, so that means something was considered which gives me hope.

Oh my oh my look what we have here. A countdown to supposedly the sequel we've all been waiting for.

I'm writing this while in the hospital right now. I'm sure it's not going to be a mobile game as someone pointed out earlier since Genki was already partnered with PlayStation. If anything, I know it's got to be a new TXR title. Also lets not forget the fact that the site @Devil240Z posted says SB-X which could mean Shutokou Battle X.

A remake of ITC? I never played it but I saw a couple of gameplay videos and I don't recall ITC having a R35 judging by the concept art on the countdown timer which I assume will be for the new game. But we just have to wait and see.

Even if it winds up being mobile, it should be a good sign for the series. Personally, I'd rather have a mobile version over nothing at all. I'll admit I'd rather have a console game over a mobile, but the announcement hopefully will be good news for TXR regardless.
