yonis already discovered pictures for other events, but so far, the events haven't changed yet.
I hope they increase the number of races instead of cycling different races. Would be nice to have more of a selection of courses.

Not sure if anyone has asked this question yet but here it is:
Does remote racing change the condition of my driver. Specifically when he: Wins a remote race, competes in a remote race, or levels up from the experience earned from a remote race.
This is all correct. The drivers stats and level increase, career bar is not impacted and the drivers condition/form/mood will change too.Of course the levels rise, and the braking, cornering and accuracy bars rise with levelling, but i havent noticed the career bars rising on my drivers. And i also havent been paying attention to the form arrows but i think they may well fluctuate

You can simply quit GT5 after getting out of server standby mode, and then start GT5 up again, so you don't advance in the UCD. I do this all the time.
Great!A quick comment about this issue - because the XP/CR gained resides on the server (before you 'receive' the prizes), it's possible to reverse any UCD cycling caused by hosting races. You simply backup your save before the hosting session, then go ahead and proceed to host as many races as desired. Once you're ready to cash out, exit the game and restore your backup: the UCD will be back to the state it was, and your driver XP/CR will still be intact.
I'm having an issue that I don't see discussed anywhere in this thread. If anyone has any suggestions on how to correct this I'd love to hear it.
When trying to select racers from an account to include in the remote race, I get an error message that says something to the effect of "that racer is not available at this time". There is no red slash through the racer on the web-based remote race selection screen, and I have shared him in the driver tab of my PS3. He is there, but I can't use him.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
You are talking about your own driver? This happens all the time or sometimes? I'm thinking the time that you had the screen up, maybe someone else has selected your bob to race in their race and hasn't update your screen. Therefore when you do pick it, it's unavailable. I've picked other racers before without the slash and it just said the same thing. I assume someone else picked it before I got to it and I just pick a different name.
It depends mostly on what car you get. If you get the Vantage, you're screwed, even if you're level 40.Have a question about class, I just raced 3 class 0 and 2 class 19, my driver is a class 10... I lost the race by almost a full lap does class have anything to do with how fast the driver is?
How is it that a class 0 driver can beat my class 10 driver by a full lap but i can hang with a class 19 and only trial by millaseconds? could the drivers be hacked?
Usually this means that the driver was available when opening the list, but was taken in the mean time. When trying to select racers from an account to include in the remote race, I get an error message that says something to the effect of "that racer is not available at this time". There is no red slash through the racer on the web-based remote race selection screen, and I have shared him in the driver tab of my PS3. He is there, but I can't use him.
Keep trying, you'll get a different car eventually. 👍How come I always get the V8 Vantage? That car sucks! Every time I get it, it comes way in last place. Why is it so badly out of balance.
The V8 vantage race really needs fixing, I remember someone saying a few days ago that the Nardo always wins and the V8 vantage always loses, Im watching it happen right now. The V8 vantage in last, driven by a level 29 driver, miles ahead of him in 15s is a level ZERO driver in the GTR V spec 09. In first is the Nardo concept
Great!
Thanks for the feedback!
This pops up another question...
Since there is a slight difference in what tezster and WRXWagonFan say/do.
Is quitting the game enough? Going back to the main menu by pressing the O-button saves the game (I think), so once you do that, the ship has sailed...
But... Pressing the PS-button on the controller and choosing 'Quit game' might do the trick...
It's faster than dealing with backups and restores...
I won't have the time to test this today or tomorrow, so if someone can try this out... that'd be awesome!
Cool! What I do is bring GT5 out of server standby mode, so you're at the screen where you can choose the 5 minute Tsukuba, etc. Then press the PS button on the controller and quit back tot the XMB. Then start GT5 again.
Personally, my highest driver is at 2,517,630 but one on my friends list it currently at 3,001,860.My top earning driver at the moment seems to have 2,199,430 credits.. anyone got a driver with more credits?
Hopefully we'll find out soon. My guys are collectively up to 12,434,790.I wonder if 20 million is the limit for the bobs as well..
You can run remote race from the PS3 too. 👍 The interface is a bit more clumsy, but it works. The greatest benefit from the website is that you can host while not near your PS3.Sorry if this has already been asked but would I be able to host a race with only my PlayStation running ? I have only one Ethernet cable so I won't be able to start from the website.
Their stats will not be modified until you collect the prizes. If I don't collect the prizes, my drivers will remain at the same level online, even after many races. Do their speed and endurance actually increase, or will that only happen when I collect my prizes?

In fact, you could still be hosting after you die.And the greatest benefit from the widget is that you can host while not near anything.
