But you just can't forget about the PS2 like MS did with the Xbox. The PS2 was the best selling system of all time, and I'm sure if it sold as badly as the original Xbox, they would have abandoned it as well, despite what they have said. The 360 needs a replacement. Despite it's success it needs to be revamped in more ways than one, and they know that they need to implement Blu Ray. The quicker they can incorporate Blu Ray, the faster their games can accel.

MS DCd the Xbox in large to force their new console on people... they were the new comers and had to fight hard to get into the market... unfortunately one way they did this was cutoff Xbox support cold turkey to try and focus the market on the 360.

With PS3 a year away and no more Xbox to buy the options were PS2 or Xbox 360.

While I hated the move becuase I had an Xbox and loved it, I do see the marketing reasons behind it becuase had the 360 been fighting not only the PS2 and the PS3 hype but ALSO the original Xbox for sales, there wouldn't have been much market left for it and they would have lost a lot of the value of their early release.

As it is I think it was a wise move business wise and is largely responsible for the success of the 360 even if it was kind of dirty poker...

Do not blaspheme lol, The Ferrari F40 is one of the many beautiful cars Ferrari have ever made, That said I think the Lotus Esprit S1 is a beautiful car

Great intro, I heard alot of people say that the first half is boring, but I think it's great.
It shows that there is ALOT more going on behind driving a car than you normally think of.

Nice little analogy for their game.
