How is it that whenever there is a game show review they always claim they have completed the game really quickly but all the ingame footage shows them being really really bad at the game!! It's not just GT eiher, I see it on all sorts of games!

True! They did it wit the california , so why not with the italia, mclaren however is a different story.
 
I would like some clarification please.

It is said that the reason for damage on certain cars only in GT is because they have rollcages installed in them. Now, while this is just a speculation - why would the rest of the cars in the game be able to have damage if they are upgraded with a rollcage (granted if it is possible to have as an upgrade, which should be).

?

Just speculation here as to the reasons of this whole damage ordeal.

It was: only on cars with rollcages doors could come off. That was what SMS (slightly mad studio) said.
Maybe the doors can come off if you have a roll-cage, following SMS's damage theory.
 
How nice would it be if on the day of the TGS KY announces the date of the game (October/November) and we can download an update to GT5P in the form of a new track and a few cars to keep us going until we get our hands on a copy.

Make sure all of your PS3's are up to date with regards to the system software so that if there is a download you can download the GT stuff straight away cos you know you be like FFS hurry up!!! when its asking to do one of them before the proper good GT stuff!!!

Todays has gone fast lets hope the rest of the days go as quick!!

could mean that you actually walk to the car like in 'home' and open the door and pull it down as you get in - as the car has gull wing doors?

gt5p is done and dusted. it was just an appetizer. its time to move on to the big meal.


and there's no way gt5 will release in october. it needs to be marketed and october is too soon

PS - Would be sweet, though. Personally I don't care much about Porsches (we have RUF anyway, or at least I hope so), but after driving the amazing 512M in Ferrari Challenge I would really like to try the almighty Porsche 917 :)
