Gran Turismo 6 coming to PS3

Today is the Day! 8 Hours: 15 Mins to go! Can't wait :) Has anyone got a List of the Official 80 Media Outlets that will be attending? Twitter For Example? Would be nice to follow all the News as I'm betting not all the Journalists/Media will use the Important Hashtag of #15YearsOfGT

Iam trying really hard not to get too hyped for this, telling myself its just some naff Red Bull sponsored x-driver-factor thing again but its hard not to hope for the best and probably unrealistic, I mean after all these years we will finally get what has been most needed, what has been painfully lacking....

... A community guy to tell PD what we actually want?!?!

Just to add some more fuel to the fire over the whole console question:

Considering we've yet to see a single gameplay demonstration of any PS4 titles, what chance do you think there'd be that Sony would have the first (semi-)public hands-on preview for just one game, instead of the likely blitz that E3 will provide?

That's yet another reason I'm sticking to the PS3 side of things today... though I won't count out some sort of Vita crossplay, even if it's of no interest to me.

Couldn't the hands on thing just be GT Academy 2013 :)

Really hard to secure a seat on the hype train :grumpy:

Yep, looking at the traffic in this thread, it's getting pretty crowded :P ...

I really don't feel like GT6 would come out for PS4. But let's keep our hopes up for the sake of better graphics.

But then again if GT6 handling engine is based on GT5 then I doubt again that it will be a PS4 release.

Do you think there's gonna be some ingame footage from GT6? I'm assuming so, from the post Jordan did: "we'll try to get some footage from a game" or sonething similar he said.

There was supposed to be a livestream but got canned, if I recall correctly. Anyone know why?

My guess is to have a controlled, concerted announcement themselves, after the event, for the rest of us not fortunate enough to be there. That would explain the embargo - though it will be mercifully short.

Depending on what exactly is announced today, one thing I have to give credit to PD for: they have figured out a better approach to PR 👍

Good morning from London, everybody.

I'll be leaving the hotel at 1pm BST (local time) / 12:00 GMT and should arrive at Silverstone about an hour and a half later. Still no word on my ability to provide live updates from the presentation. :irked: Once again, I probably won't get final confirmation one way or the other until I arrive at the circuit.
