Gran Turismo 6 coming to PS3

My guess is to have a controlled, concerted announcement themselves, after the event, for the rest of us not fortunate enough to be there. That would explain the embargo - though it will be mercifully short.

That would be understandable and a good explanation to why it was scrapped.
Depending on what exactly is announced today, one thing I have to give credit to PD for: they have figured out a better approach to PR 👍

With this specific event in mind, they do seem to have learned from their previous mistakes as far as PR goes. ALL ABOARD THE HYPE TRAIN, CHOO CHOO!

Saying a release date of Christmas Day 2013 or New years day 2014.

Someone is trying to pull a few legs.

Event time is perfect for us in Germany: University/Working time ends 1 hour before the event starts :D

The reason I posted what I did is more to indicate that anything is possible in this unusual age we live in. While I think GT6 is going to be on PS3 too, a dual release or even PS4 alone wouldn't stun me.

Since my dream GT6 post is something like 15 pages back, I thought I'd mention my own concept for new track features, and this one in particular.

In other words, there will be a selection to make the feel and handling of the car on the track selectable for race difficulty.

Road surface: smooth, uneven, simulation (bumpy)

I think it will be a multiplatform (PS3/PS4/PSVita) release.

- The PS3 has far a too large userbase worldwide to be ignored.
- The PS4 is supposed to come out during the end of this year and Sony can't miss a killer application like Gran Turismo.
- PSVita needs something to boost its sales. There are a number of games that are having a dual PS3/PSVita release in the japanese market, so it wouldn't be the first time this happened.

I would have concerns about the game if that is true. Programming the PS3 alone pickled their heads, never mind throwing another two systems into the mix.

I refuse to get hyped on a trailer too btw. Lol.
