It will be months after the PS3 version. I'd say all the DLC released to that point would be included in the PS4 "Game of the year" edition.
That and 64 cars per race if 100,000 polygon race models are still used foe races. Less if they use the photo mode models though.

Forza 5 will be a launch title for the 'XBOX ONE' it has been confirmed! PD cannot sit on the fence for too long in the next gen cycle whether they bring out 6 or 7 on the PS4!
Comparisons will be made between Forza 5 on the One and GT6 on the 3 and the 'CASUALS' will be watching!

The question is what could the PS4 add to GT6 if it was GT6 to come out on PS4 instead of a GT7 which would basically be a different game.
What does the PS4 offer more than PS3 besides "more power"?
- separate chip to record gameplay and make it sharable as sharing is focus for PS4
- deeper integration of games and store (esp. for DLCs, ...)
- every (!) user will have Playstation Eye, so Move for everyone
- every console has 8 GB of fast RAM
- every console has a big hard drive (whatever Sony considers big here)
- controllers have touch strip
- controllers with digital buttons, but more precise sticks
- second screen-feature/remote play
- Gakai streaming service for backwards compatibility
So, what could PD do with this to deliver a "GT6+" on PS4 to make people cheer and buy?

You calm down there right now! I love Gran Turismo I have been playing it for the past 10 years But I want them to evolve! I did not in any way shape or form criticize or condemn anyone! Do you have stocks in PD or something Toko?

No way in hell would they release the PS4 this year and not release a GT game on that platform and release it on the old console instead.
They must be making a PS4 version with sharper GFX. I really hope so as on the PS3 GT6 looked the same as GT5 with minor tweeks.

I have saw a few places where Kaz has mention a version for the PS4 but I also see that he mentions a GT version for the PS4 not GT6 for the PS4. The PS4 version will most likely be GT7 rather than GT6.

I'm with HBR Roadhog and the likeminded types. PS4 would offer such incredible capacity that damage should be far better, perhaps like Forza and the Codemasters' games, weather modeling should be far better, time of day would likely be implemented everywhere - perhaps even in menus for all I know and real time, a Livery Editor could be incredible, the Course Maker could involve complete terrain shaping a la ModNation Racers' Course Maker, there would be far more cars on track at once enabling real multiclass racing, and things that I could go on endlessly about. THAT would be an incredible upgrade.
But the sense I get from Kaz is that this game will be a couple of years down the road or so, and therefore will be such a different game through and through that it would rightly be called GT7.

Given the fact that there are only two games I actually play, and any release date given from either Sony or PD is a farce, I can wait on all accounts.
NHL doesn't come out until September and will be on PS3, so I presume by the time NHL is released on PS4 the following year, I'll get a PS4 and pre order GT6!

they should have scrapped GT6 for PS3, we need GT6 on the PS4, its not just a matter of competition, I dont want Forza to have a better game since it's currently in the lead
