So you're saying there's a chance for the 2001 Porsche 911 -> VW Beetle swap that was last seen in the pre-launch trailer (and, if memory serves, one of the missions)?Up until now, every car capable of receiving an engine swap has had only one possible engine available to it. With 1.52 that changes, as four of the ten swaps now offer a second engine to some vehicles.
It does now appear that there is indeed a chance...So you're saying there's a chance for the 2001 Porsche 911 -> VW Beetle swap that was last seen in the pre-launch trailer (and, if memory serves, one of the missions)?
It can go over 200mphMy only use for it will be the Clubman+ at SSRX if it can keep up a decent pace. Although I can't imagine it's aerodynamics allow for a brilliant top speed...
Needs to go over 260mph to be a reliable win at SSRX.It can go over 200mph
So no new engines for the first time in a while? Guess the 10 additional, including multi swaps, make up for it.The full list:

Oh shoot!Doesn’t it get the K24A? Couple of updates ago
K24 is okay, but I want it to get more powerful engine like nismo vr38 or vk or rb26Doesn’t it get the K24A? Couple of updates ago
I take it the one on the right has more torque.
It doesn't handle properly the M64/03 so it'll be kinda uselessSo you're saying there's a chance for the 2001 Porsche 911 -> VW Beetle swap that was last seen in the pre-launch trailer (and, if memory serves, one of the missions)?
Here is the rub, once you do choose a swap you cannot change the swap with the other, you will have to buy another car for the second swap. I just tried it... didn't go.I read the patch notes in game and was thinking "that must be a typo. I have the siliva q 88 with the brz swap. They meant the silvia K" but no. We get choice. Unbelievable. Was it even explictly mentioned anywhere that this update introduces multiple engine swaps? Seems like a huge feature to sneak in
Buy a Mazda RX-8, at 30,000, swap in the 787 four rotor, sell the car. I think you only make 7,000, but 19 times, is 133,000.Just bought two Mazda Touring Cars so I could do the 787 swap - i mean, what else am I going to do with 19 engines ?
would be nice to take out the swap after a while install the other one. Some folks love restorations too so would be useful. Sure it'd be another thing the game will charge you for but choice is nice to have. If PD was really keen on giving us choices, whenever we swaped engines the original one would go to our inventory. So let's say you put a 8.0-WR16-64v4T-Chiron into a Corvette ZR1 (C6) ’09. So now you'd have a LS9-Corvette to put into a Pontiac Firebird Trans Am '78.would be nice to take out the swap after a while install the other one. Yeah. Its boggling how you can upgrade an engine and just throw it away for a swap..If PD was really keen on giving us choices, whenever we swaped engines the original one would go to our inventory.
