I've seen some of you talking about very lucrative races to farm credits, what are they?
I haven't farmed cr in quite some time but this is what I usually do:

Sardegna WTC 15 laps. Mazda 787B. RM tires. Fuel map 4 for the first 7-8 laps. Then pit stop for RM tires and fuel (always get a notch more than indicated by the dot, you never know). For the remaining laps play with the fuel map, at times you can bring it down to 1.
The reward is 727.500 cr with the clean race bonus. Very easy.
You should finish within 22-25 minutes.

EDIT: here's my setup. Also brake bias at -5

Hi guys,
I'm getting back to playing GT7.
I have finished all 4 licenses except the S and have finished 39 menus.

Gr.b rally cars for le mans wtc700.
Buy the parts to get it to 800hp.
They do 3 laps on fm6.

Once you get to the point where you don't care about the payouts (for whatever reason - got all cars, fed up of grinding, don't really want to buy lots, etc, etc) the game becomes a lot better. The economy is the biggest fault and frustration with the game - ignoring that (if you can) it's actually pretty good.
Self-defeating viewpoint you got there. I never really cared too much for the event payouts, because I primarily play the game to enjoy the driving. That doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement in terms of economy, structure and progression.

That exactly, but I afraid you won't gonna get it.... again
Alright, here's everything between what I quoted and what you quoted.
1200 hours of paying (not grinding) roughly around 50 days of continuous playing in time frame of 480 days, since the game was released and login in the game for 262 days. That's how hard it was for me, to have every car and full pocket, without paying but playing the game.

If I was focused only in grinding, I most probably would be able to do that for half that time, but I used to do that, when I was younger many years ago, back in the "good old days".

Now, what I'm gonna do for the next 4+ years? Any suggestions? Go and buy the brand new F1 23 or waiting for FM8 in October? Or maybe hanging around and bitching how bad and easy GT is? 🤔 (rhetorical question for those that did not get it)

So PD, if you read that message, please put more content in the game cars, tracks, motorcycles, trains, space ships or whatever - I don't care just more content, or I'll cry around how bad your game is, because I'm no lifer😂 (sarcasm for those that didn't get it)
It's pretty clear the "sarcasm" part has nothing to do with you saying it isn't grinding.

OK, you really made my last 2 days laughing alot - thanks for that  . But if you haven't noticed so far, it became a little bit boring at least for me. So take that as your personal victory and be happy for the rest of the day ✌️

Guys like you remained me why I stopped reading gtplanet about 13 years ago in the GT5 times. Looks like I haven't learnt my leasson:lol:

So, lets both pretend from now on, we do not exist in that topic in that forum and on that planet. I don't care about you, I hope you also don't care about me.

Fair enough for me:cheers:

Go to the ucd. There is a skyline r33 in there now. Get it, engine swap it, and get the rest of the parts. Its expensive but it will pay itself fast. On le mans 700 you can do the entire race without refueling on fm6.

was waiting for r33 quite a bit to get a second one and engine swap + body kit + tuning. I did it this afternoon. Great car lot of fun to drive :) .

Whether it's grinding or not, @morfei1 clearly got the most out of his purchase, and that's something we could all probably agree on.
I agree 100% it’s just a weird flex, but it goes both ways. Me personally I can’t let myself get upset about a game. Don’t get me wrong I love gaming specifically racing! I’ve played majority of all the sims racing game on console… none of them are perfect nor will ever be. That’s just life, GT7 for me in the last year has done more than serve its purpose. When I get free time I can kick back and enjoy playing, in my opinion GT7 is the best all around racing on a console. Does it have it problems? For sure and people have legitimate arguments about the problems. The bottom line for me at least the game is still a good game for me, and the positive outweigh the negatives by a lot!

My eight year old son and soon to be 10 year old daughter strangely enough are kinda into cars they see me playing GT all the time. They asked me one day to play and they really got into the game I was kinda shocked lol. Making the settings adjustable to their driving ability made them really enjoy the game, and while many of us don’t care for the menu books they love it! It cracks me up to see them eager to collect the cars and finish the books. I Have a couple of PS5s and they try to complete them faster than each other. When they are In the car with me they always scream the car brands name! My daughter went to the store and Saw a C7 vette and sent me pics of it. Told me it looked faster than my 370Z lol.

Many of us might not like the new structure of the game such a menu books… but after getting the perspective from my kids and seeing them enjoy learning about cars and driving them it reminds me when I started to play GT as a kid.. being accessible for them to enjoy the game and at the same time giving me the opportunity to virtually somewhat live out a F1 experience on Saturday is just amazing.

If you dont want to read posts from certain members, you dont have to pretend they aren't there. You can just use the ignore function on the forum. Personally, I prefer to see people engaging with counter viewpoints, but I understand not everyone does.

OMG.... another one:D. I spend on Tokyo about 4100km on my Porsche. Is it much for you? ...and I have 200000km all around the tracks. Is it much for you? Well, I won't mention how many hours and km I have on other sims, coz you will really get depressed.

As long as.... lets say 2-3 maybe 4 years, I don't know but 6 months is deffenitely low for me.... I've got all the cars maybe in about let's say 6 months, so now I'm bored to death and I decided to fill up my pocket to the max. Is it a problem for you?
Would you have had less fun if there were additional options for similar or equal paying races on more tracks?

Nordschleife in the rain is Nordschleife in the rain. It doesn't matter how much I get paid for it. Driving there is always epic and challenging for me, and in GT the schleife is beautiful, I mean outstanding, fully immersed, when driving there.

If that's the way so everybody is happy, so be it 🤞. Then I hope they raise payout all around the game and I'm not forced to read depressed comments of angry simracers here.✌️

Maybe the best way is to remove the Cr. at all... who knows we will see. I take it, no matter how.
