Depending on how you long or short you play, you make have to Take breaks and move around more.So I’m starting to get shoulder pain after racing, I’m wondering if any of you have had that issue and did you resolve it.
I’ve tried tweaking the ergonomics such as adjusting the chair recline, moving the wheel closer or farther or up and down, l but I’m not sure if any of those changes helped the issue. Ideas?
