Seeing that Pennzoil GT-R and Castrol Supra GT500 along with the Gr.3 cars, seems like my thoughts in an old thread regarding the Class/PP system were right all along.

There's just no way a '97 GT500 car (Castrol Supra) could keep up with a '16 GT500 car (au RC F). No amount of BoP or suspension tuning can balance the difference in aero between those two cars. Two completely different sets of regulations, despite both being labeled as GT500. The GT500 Supra could work AT BEST in Gr.3, but even then it might struggle. As for the F1 GTR long tail, it could work in Gr.3 since the older F1 GTR is already there, and it also competed in the GT500 class back then.

But then again, it COULD have been a custom race, who knows at this point.

Looks like the F1 GTR Long Tail is headed to Gr.3 as well. Only questions remains is, how would BoP impact the Pennzoil GT-R and the Castrol Supra.

Oh wait it's still gonna suck because of the AI lmao. I understand why PD doesn't bother with large grids. Most races will be time trial as AI is just there for the moral support

I'm interested in that dot in southern Arizona near the border. The only circuit in that area is Inde Motorsports Ranch, but the dot would be slightly in the wrong spot.

It's a fine song, but I hope its just for the presentation only. Imo, there should only be originals in the menu soundtrack. It's what made all the soundtracks prior to GT Sport so memorable and loved. It kinda loses its soul when its just filler picked from Sony's music labels so PD can fill up the soundtrack quick and cheaply.

I know some may or may not agree with me (especially for a game that has yet to launch), but I just want to get this off my chest.

I don't know if anyone at PD/Sony reads this comment, but I just wanted to express how thankful I am of you guys at Sony/PD. In a world where it seems like I'm getting burnt left and right by my all time favorite franchises (Halo, Battlefield, etc), Gran Turismo franchise has been the ONLY franchise that keeps delivering and making me smile.
In a world of microtransactions and live service BS, this is the only franchise that just keeps delivering a game that is built with care & passion and today, the only franchise that I am TRULY excited and thrilled and happy about it's upcoming release.

Love you PD. Thank you guys once again. Absolutely stoked to call in sick to work and enjoy your piece of art on March 4.

But seriously, that was one of the best moments in the trailer. I loved the song and it put me in such a good mood during the GT Auto segment. Seriously hope that song is part of the game's final soundtrack.

To be fair, they didn't talk much at all about Open Lobbies or Sport Mode. They seem to be really hush hush when it comes to Multiplayer for some reason.

Yeah, but since we know 33 of the 34 locations in the game and there’s only one dot there, it must be Colorado Springs, right? Apricot Hill seems to be the 34th but technically unannounced as of now.

They had to talk about online features it was presentation. the game itself needs more content yeah updates coming but i would like to see on disc after 5 years. They wasted their time to modelling upstairs coffe mode and photo mode. i dont care. This is real driving simulator and racing game right? i was shocked in gt6 when i saw moon ride. i said when i saw it 'wtf thinking' Man nonsense really. i wanna see real dynamic damage modelling after 25 years.Bored of driving shiny cars and pinball impacts. very sad my rating is 5/10 loyal gt fan.GT6 was better

I went ahead and labelled the cars in the screen shot. I might have made some mistakes or typos but I did my best :^) . Also there were some cars I couldn't figure out what they were.

Oh and one more thing, the arrangement of the cars shown is 20 x 20 which equals 400. If there's more than 400 cars then there are some cars we haven't seen yet!

Perhaps taking a deep breath and reading the article Jordan wrote on the main page would help you get what was shown better, because this reads to me like you didn't gather a lot of what was shown in the preview to be honest.

I'll admit the SoP presentation was a bit all over, but his article breaks things down quite well!

Even kazunori himself can't change my mind.I see laziness after 5 years waiting.Im shocked people love the presentation.when i was watching my heartbeat at 60s almost sleep. Nah nah nah nothing new nothing more. i saw Turtle car music rally and coffee forks tables chairs.

I don't know if anyone at PD/Sony reads this comment, but I just wanted to express how disappointed I am of you guys at Sony/PD. In a world where it seems like every game has descent AI, damage and a lot of modern cars (exotics and race cars not the honda fit) Gran Turismo franchise has been the ONLY franchise that keeps missing the point of what a "racing" game means and making me cringe.

Yea I am really excited about this normally I have to hound my friends to meet up with me for custom grids, not anymore! It would be nice if we can actually used upgrades cars from our garage, or simply add more power to the AI cars.
