I love how they basically turned that building into a GT7 themed Hot Wheels car pack.

Hey Mattel, now would be a great idea to jump onto this.
Would love them to do that again. I have almost a whole collection of Gran Turismo hot wheels from a few years back. Might have to dig them out again.

Funny you say that:

EA deprived us from enjoying all of those 4 in 1, GT game perhaps in the past ._.
Hoping they'd include the original Murcielago from 2001 as that's the more timeless model, but at least the LP 640 would do. It's great to see supercars from our childhoods all together again.
"No duplicates!!"
Looking at the screen shots, it might be unlocked at Collector Level 15, since that is the difference in the two screens. Or it's been removed all together.
Probably just newer build because there's vertical bars as separators too.

Do we have any indication that Championships will award cars? I hope it's closer to previous games (GT1-4) than GTS.
Whether it is rewards for single races or championships the car menus in GT Cafe point to prize cars being a thing in some form.

Thanks - I wonder if they'll be exclusive to those. I personally think that's a better approach than just giving me a car I could eventually buy anyways.

There's a "Gift Car" here at least for single races (Championships should be on higher level and award more then):

Though that'd mean it's even easier to get prize cars as this is done on completing single races? (previously prize cars are done after completing all series of races).

I wonder if the licences will be required for some events.
Because I can't see any license mentioned there.
But it's just sunday cup so maybe it's just not needed there.

I can't help myself but this vision looks awesome...just don't know what that stick (left of steering wheel is ) ? looks like boost...girl in trailer of coupe version pushed it..but jaguar vision coupe never had overboost system in gtsport , not even option to tune the car it was locked

"No duplicates!!"
The original Murcielago from 2001 isn't a duplicate compared to the LP 640 that we have, given that it has a smaller engine (6.2L compared to 6.5L), and actually has a gated manual, although some models also came with a paddle-shift option. Other models in a car's model family aren't duplicates for as long as they have quite some substantial difference (let's not follow Forza's "latest or fastest" rule where they scrap out older cars from a specific model family).

What I consider as a duplicate are either those hundreds of Miata's, Skylines and S2000's from games back, where they would have almost little to no cosmetic and/or performance differences other than in name or what it is sold in other markets.

I put it in brackets, obviously I don't think of it as duplicate. But it can be that some Japanese cars are seen as duplicates even if it's a case like Murcielago 2001 and LP640 (such as Silvia K's to Q's, I think) which'd be unfair to me, if exotic cars difference like this is more accepted. I do think that those Miatas, Skylines, and S2000s are duplicates, but I still feel like I may be too accepting of car variations but was it me being wrong (for accepting Murcielago 2001 and LP640, but also Japanese cars like Silvia K's and Q's) or others?

This is my personal post regarding what I think should be added for car family variations.

Also remember that discourse when the non-22B GC WRX STi was added to GTS when some of them considered it a duplicate to the 22B for some reason despite how different the cars are (different engine and wide vs narrow body)?

(The Levin was also part of that discourse and there is something to be agreed mechanically, but I guess people are likely to appreciate it now after Racing Lagoon's translation patch is out; in it, the hero's default car is a Levin).

I found the Levin drove better than the Trueno. No idea why.
