You don't need to play it to make that judgement. Just watch a live stream and see the same old chase the rabbit dodging the mobile chicanes.
You're ignoring about how it's informed here there are races with standing starts which is Clubman Cup Plus. And it's said there the AI on that race is lively too.

I wish this dude would just get in the car he bought already.

Scrolling through his purchase history (Car Collection) when there's nothing in it except of course the car he bought.

Uugghh... keeps hovering over the key symbol (change car) and just has to click it.

Click it man. C-l-i-i-i-c-k -i-i-i-t!!!

Does this guy have a sling of personality? The other guy was bouncing from game mode to options, to garage, to wth because people on stream was asking him to do a million things.

At this point I almost, almost, feel sympathetic about PD. Even as hyped as I am for the game seeing that guy play was the worst advertisement of the game 😂

These paid or call it embedded reviewers / influencers are not neutral at all.

Of course they will and have to praise the game - otherwise they will not get any review-copies anymore in the future, or no invitations to events from Sony/PD and so on.

Same situation we have with tech-bloggers and reviewers. Its no secret.

Also i can not remember seeing Mr Broadbent playing GT Sport. Only iRacing and other sims.
"Cash for comment" is nothing new. The rise of the influencer has just made it more obvious. It baffles me that there are people who hang on their every tweet, but it is what it is. I've never really followed Broadbent, but the few I do follow in this genre, @Tidgney and Super GT seem pretty balanced and will criticize when its warranted. It's far far worse in other markets, if you really want to be triggered follow a few crypto influencers. lol.

He's just discovering the cafe now. I can't put myself through this again after the many-hour-watching stint of the earlier stream.

I'm sure I'll miss something cool but I gots ta eat dinner.

Good luck guys. Enjoy!

quit complaining
Didn't know I was complaining.

Just stating facts - he doesn't know much about the game and did push cars out of the way whilst racing.

The nearest thing to a complaint was when I said, "bummer", which wasn't a complaint, just an observation that this time, like last, we're not going to be treated to a more-competent demo.

No biggie man. Like you, I appreciate that these peeps are at least giving us a look-in. As I said earlier, I'd watch even if a 2-year-old was driving 'cause it's GT7 and I find it really-exciting.

Better go eat. Cheers mate.

What?

SuperGT is notoriously honest about his personal takes on games - he’s already made videos being critical of the AI in preview footage, and he and Broadbent have been very critical of the penalty system in sport mode.

I don’t know what planet you live on.

Also, are you gonna report GTPlanet’s videos and reviews when they release on the 2nd and 3rd? And do you think Jordan, Famine, and Scaff (and anyone else on the GTP team who got early copies) exclusively praise GT games?

Wacky.

I think many people forget that GT is as big as it is because of the wider player base outside of the hardcore faithful. How well they play is a bit irrelevant in my opinion. I'm just grateful these people are taking a risk by showing us a good chunk of the game in a better way than the prerelease marketing has!

Google brings up a ton of videos of Jimmy playing GT Sport, as well as past GT Titles, you must have missed the ten hours of live streams attempting to complete every GT licence test before GT7 releases.

Here's a video of Super GT complaining that Sony/PD have been too quiet with regard to what we are getting in the on-line side of GT7.

Almost as if it's a media influencer's job to... influence and promote things...

Hey. Here's a bright idea. How about we just ignore the obvious consipracy theorist with 3 layers of tin foil on his head.

We are better than this low life who is trying to make a mountain out of an ant hill just because he's jealous he will never have, nor will ever earn the respect of people he's obessed and jealous over.

About the people that never played GT. Those are exactly the people Kaz said he's targetting. Job done.

It shows ho long it takes those players get to grips with physics, race craft and if they're having fun/enjoying the game play.

I mean, I'm not going to watch someone fumble through the process, no matter what new features are shown. However, it's interesting to see people's initial experience with the title.
