I'm sure nobody wants access to all the cars right away. People like a challenge - I like a challenge. It would be nice to think that I could get the McLaren F1 by completing a particularly tough race series, or beating a series of tough challenges, so I got a sense of achievement by winning it. As it is, if I won the same championship for a combined total of 400,000 payout ten times, I would still be less than a quarter of the way towards it.Actually there are games where you can go to the final boss after the tutorial 😝
Those racing games are not collecting cars type of games. Those are usually licensed championships racing games.
C’mon you knew what you were getting into. It has always been like that. No gt game gave you access to all cars from the start.
Kaz wants to make this like the real world, with the pricing. If I won a race series ten times in a row irl, I would be hailed as one of the greatest drivers in the world and getting the McLaren would be no problem.
This is a game and it should reward gameplay fairly. That's all people want. There is a fundamental cynicism to a company that watches people play its game for two weeks - monitoring what they are doing - then deliberately nerfs the payout of the 16 most popular races in order to prevent people from progressing with their collections unless they pay real money.
