I am looking for a topic in the gran turismo subforum to ask about about the steering wheel and station.

I would need a foldable station that takes up as little space as possible. Any ideas? a thousand thanks

I've had the classic, I've now got the apex with the DD pro, the classic is as wobbly as a jelly, the apex is solid even with the DD, easily foldable too, if you cable tidy it well, fully recommended 👌

this game looks so good, in it's newer tracks and all cars, that I'm really hoping they bring more classics like the Escudo back, and don't focus on newer rides. The old classic GT cars, like Camaro LM, the touring cars, Panoz Esperante, Lister Storm, Minolta and ish should be back hopefully. If only stuff like games as a service didn't exist and we got a new GT4-like game... It's just the way the industry rolls unfortunately

Classics, even PD original fantasy race cars like the LM Edition and Super Touring Car, would be one of the cars that would work wonderfully with the livery editor.
In particular, models like the RX-8 Lm Race car and Honda Del Sol LM Edition, for which no similar race car existed in reality, provide excellent material to draw more on our imagination.

I would acceppt every racing car even fictional (but no VGTS! just fictional classic racers or group 3/4 cars) With custom race mode and livery editor it gives us limitless options.

I would welcome formula GT in GT7 to be honest:

This and a Hybrid version based on the current rules... So there'll be a Formula GT '04 and a Formula GT Hybrid T '22 or something.

I always loved the FGT, they could do anything in terms of engine or if it has KERS or DRS. They could do a classic v10 or v8.
Even for liverys it would be better.

This Subforum has everything you need

Do we have a list of all the GT3 cars that have different wings etc available in GT Auto? I know the Audi R8 EVO 2019 GT3 has two wings it can use in game. Wondering if any other GT3 class cars got the same treatment.

Not sure what the benefit of the different wing is. We know GT7 has a aero model so it could be either a wing with less drag or more downforce.

Seriously? I need to check it. I did assume that every group car don't have any visual parts. :D

I think the most recent Gr.2 GTR has two different wings available for it.

I forgot about that one. Yeah it does have 2 different wings.

The other wing on that GTR has quite the drastic downforce increase. Stock wing goes 1000 this wing goes to 1150.

I know the Silvia Gr.4 has a different wing available (I had to change the standard wing because I think it looks horrible!)

All 2016-spec GT500 cars have the Fuji-spec high downforce wing option available from GT Auto.

The S15 TC has wings from it's road-going counterpart (including the ducktail wing, which got noticed for NASCAR liveries).

Watkins Glen is such a great addition to this game. When it comes to my tastes of tracks, the only ones I was finding any use out of was Tsukuba, Nords, and Laguna Seca.... Now I have Watkins Glen too! Can't wait for Road Atlanta and Tokyo R246!

I want to be hyped for Grand Valley, but I have a strong feeling they will just butcher it like they did with DP and TM.

The cool part is that the wing stays on in daily races. Obviously these races are BoP but it's nice to have a bit of cosmetic variety.

They didn't butcher none imo, they are quite decent tracks the new versions

High Speed Ring came out pretty much as is with only minor adjustments (Slight tightening in one turn, relocation of the pit entrance and a few aesthetic changes). With how much closer Grand Valley is to an actual circuit (Minus the Bridge and Tunnel portion) and how wide its been, I don't imagine they'll do alot to change it aside from effectively making it more modernized looks wise. Likewise, I see Apricot Hill (another personal favorite of mine) getting minimal changes should it come to the game since like High Speed Ring it was a circuit already modernized during the PS3 era, something Deep Forest nor Trail Mountain were.

They are 'decent'. My issue is that Deep Forest and Trial Mountain in the previous games perfectly balanced highspeed straights with complexity. This made for great online racing. Not Decent. Great.

In GT7, it now caters way too much towards high speed cars. If you are in a car that is tuned for handling instead of horsepower, you are going to be beat... plain and simple. In GT6? The old tracks were really well thought out, with subtle improvements over the generations. They were great because either highspeed or handling setups could have really balanced races against eachother. The new tracks simply don't have enough thought put into them, and they are purposely dumbed down for a new generation of players. Larger straights for slipstreaming, removal of difficult corners, track widening are all examples of this.

I have always really liked High-speed ring, and I'm really happy they left it basically untouched. It has a purpose, does it well, and its unique.

I can see them adding huge camber to either T1 or T4 at a re-done Grand Valley. They are wet for heavy cambered/banked corners in recent years.
I'm honestly surprised they didn't straight up add a oval configuration for High Speed Ring.

Honestly i still find absurd that there is no full day/night cicle and rain in Watkins. Is it a joke or what 😅
I still find it absurd that these systems are not on all tracks, or even close to it. They advertised it as a headline feature of the game in promotional material, hyped it up, then in typical PD fashion the reality was a half assed feature. No, quarter assed at best.

The funniest thing is that... It still has dynamic time of day, but it is just artificially limited to not have full 24hours. Adding this is probably one line of code or marking box in settings.

Concerning GVS, I would not be surprised if it looks similar to its GT4-6 version but with long straight on bridge as in first beta version, and with changes like Toyota advertisement. Mini layout could be referenced on icon for circuit experience.
