Yeah sorry, but seeing gt7 trailer it seemed to me such a thing because of the almost same HUD, gameplay, physics, sounds etc. But in the end it was just an early build so the final game would look differently maybe. But you know seeing the nice continuity in content too with gt7 sometimes it gives that impression in such a thing
I understand you, again, back in another thread I went through why I think GTS is GT7.

It amazes me how some people can tell GT7 has the same (or almost) physics as GT Sport just from watching the trailer. I mean, it might have, but to be able to tell from the trailer is seriously impressive.
Biggest problem with that trailer was the RX-VISION has 1)TCS engaged and 2)AI versus AI. Anyone who has driven the RX-VISION in game, already knows it can be a handful. The TCS retards acceleration and it's characteristic of oversteer is magnified.

I get you though.

Well, there are RUMORS of a God Of War "Ragnarok" demo at The Game Awards event on December 10th. I know it's not a Sony event, but there may have something from GT7 there, since this event has become a big showcase.
So... Neither...

my bare minimum expectations for physics is the addition of the new tire model with the Michelin partnership that they promised.

my exceptation is bringing back engine temperature and track temperature at least and better tyre physics and body roll

As I remember it was in GT6 where engine overhaul
No. That was engine wear, and a pretty basic mechanic at that; once you'd driven a certain distance, your engine was old. At no point was engine temperature displayed, nor relevant to any part of the game's physics to my knowledge.

Oh ok, thanks for correction my mistake then. Yeah wouldn't be relevant engine temperature, engine wear and track temperature are much more important to come back in GT7 to my own opinion

I think it's likely that they bring back humidity track, temperature track and maybe engine wear overhaul. We hope?

I used to believe we would get some info there but the closer the world final is the more logical it seems to me that we won't get any. I personally think that it is held back by Sony and they will showcase the latest build in their future State of Play. It also would kill the hype of the championship if they just dropped a trailer in there.

I hope a new trailer for the january/ february state of play, so they spoiler more about the game showing how it's going, hoping they progressed a bit since last trailer (especially HUD, physics)

They broadened the first half of 2021 to just 2021 so it could come out in December of next year and there would still be some months before they start advertising new stuff.

Now, all games are scheduled for "2021". It's better not to jump to conclusions

Kinda interesting how they started posting the 7 days until the WF, then also on the 5. And Kaz only RT the 7 lol

It is also conveniently the length of one week, which is often a good point to start a countdown. 7 makes a lot of things easy to correlate, but hopefully something actually gets shown at the finals stream, I’ve been slowly dying inside since June.

Was a schedule of races for the World Final released like they used to for the live events? The kind that would build hype if we saw a TBA slot for a track? Massive stretch given that they've said the updates would be smaller and less frequent, but since GT7 has been pushed back a bit what if they dropped a new circuit for GT Sport, such as Road Atlanta which was apparently found in a datamine?

Yes, no new tracks in the finals.
