The lighting, the trees. It looks like Le Mans in Gran Turismo. Not something from Jaguar.

Looks like a real photo to me. Lot of detail and randomness in the tarmac.
I would argue the opposite, honestly. The road looks pretty much flat, no bumps, and there’s a distinct lack of road debris that would very definitely be in the shoulder of the road at Le Mans. It has that... sterile feeling.. that GT usually gives.

I suppose we’ll find out for real on Wednesday...

Looks like a videogame to me, especially the flatness of the rugged tarmac textures on the left, also a very clean look with no pebbles or marbles. The trees don't look totally real either given the lack of variation and diversity you would find in real life, but they also don't look like GTsport's trees from La Sarthe. Dunno, either jaguar used some other 3D representation or it's a GT7 WIP.

IMHO it maybe was a show of de la sarte GT7 day night cycle, judging from the photo maybe

Looks better than GTSport? Le Mans used to be one of my favorite track on PS3 but the lack of dynamic TOD killed my interest in GTSport.

Seriously? You absolutely cannot drive at Le Mans at night. This is something that a user here on GTPlanet managed to do because he has a jailbroken PS4

If this is GT7, the asset quality here is so much better than the Trial Mountain reveal and GTSport's. Grass actually looks believable too and not just a bunch of obvious straight 2d alphas sticking out top of the ground.

I watched that last section of the video back and forth for like 5 minutes. It's really hard to tell, but looking at the illuminated vegetation on the side of the road at the end of the video, I must rule out GT7 in-engine. PD never had such detailed vegetation, trees included. No way in hell they're gonna start now, all of the sudden.

This is something either pre-rendered (a very good pre-render) or simply a real life video.

It's not surprising really. Real life tracks tend to have superior environment details in Gran Turismo.
I'm not sure about you guys but it looks GT to me. The lighting and color tone have very distinct Gran Turismo feel to it. I could be wrong but idk.
