Honestly, Road Atlanta is just another generic race track that this game has too many of. We need variety not quantity. Where are the Eiger Nordwand/Matterhorn style tracks, the city courses and small sized tracks for racing karts? Road Atlanta will be new to the game but it'll just feel like more of the same. Perhaps those adamant for Real tracks enjoy the same old, but I miss the mass variety of tracks that GT4 and GT6 had.
The game really needs another city track. Tokyo Expressway is nice but I'd like something that's more on ground level and with tighter turns, one of the only reasons why I'm hoping they do a Formula E partnership or something.

I like the city tracks in Race Driver Grid, feels very great to drive the roads upward and downwards, with bumps

I'd "flip" for Seattle back, even if it was modified for 2020s. And if not Seattle definitely wouldn't mind a Miami or Long Beach track. Real or not.

What in thee hell is going on? Been trying to load my videos all weekend. I Edit, change title, save and share to YouTube. It doesn’t give me the notification added to d uploads. I have to jump to Downloads/Uploads and select to upload again. Now, I just edited and uploaded a video. I look at the Downloads/Uploads, it’s like it’s reloading the game. 1.103GB. Never had this happen since game debut.

Try going to the uploads section on the console and deleting a few of the notifications

I actually did that. It’s in my media gallery and I uploaded again. it’s still uploading as 1.103 GB.
When I checked the Download/Upload, it just had the PS icons with update installed.

They can't even get the logo colour right...

Oh I remember this one, its because for some reason the most common Gran Turismo stock logo is that one with the wrong colours, its even gotten as far as wikipedia, and real cars too like this 993 GT2 racing car:

Don't mine me just making this post for future reference.

There are 5 cars in this game that i wanna own and drive the must i already have 2 and can buy the 3rd but then there are 2 left and that's what this post is about.

From this post i wanna see how long it'll be before i get the chance to buy one or both cars.

The 5 cars are

1. McLaren p1 gtr - Done
2. Toyota gr10 hypercar - done
3. Toyota ts050 p1 hybrid - can buy now
4. McLaren F1 1994 - Timer starts now. :(
5. Ferrari fxx-k - Timer starts now. :(

I am in definite agreement that there needs to be a new street circuit. And a proper street circuit at that, not in the same style as Tokyo Expressway which I'd call a "highway circuit".

Something closer to Long Beach perhaps, or an original street circuit like they've done before with Madrid, Rome etc.

But I am a massive Road Atlanta & IMSA fan so I am not complaining if that ends up becoming reality for the next update.

But could be so, so much better.
Yeah but you can say this about a lot of games. You can't get hung up on the "what-ifs" because you'll just find yourself in a constant pit of despair and never be happy.

You're calling Road Atlanta generic? Wow OK.

Well, to be fair, it’s one of the only things you can do when you’re not connected to the servers, so I understand why they wouldn’t be interested in offering much of a prize.
Can't forget that your times don't actually save if you're not connected to the servers. Got a gold time? The servers didn't see it, so it never happened.

It's certainly no El Capitan, Citta di Aria, Seattle, Kart Space, etc. It lacks any real notable features that would bring variety to the track list. So yes, generic is a fitting word for it.

There are many characteristics in Road Atlanta for such a short lap. The extreme elevation, the esses, the blind crest on the run before the final turn. Not really a generic circuit. Maybe boring in your eyes, is probably a better choice of words.
The track has lots of flavour. It’s probably a really good Track that Alsace could learn a lot from.

In the context of GT tracks it is generic. In the real world I'm sure it's a fine track to drive, but this is a series that has had a track on the moon before. A track with Road Atlanta's scenery and design just feels generic in comparison to previous offerings in the series.

Tracks with bridges and tunnels are PD’s MO. At the moment though, I’d
like more flat tracks. So many tracks have drastic elevation changes. I’d like more level circuits, like Goodwood, Silverstone, BMB Infield or urban tracks. For more balance.
Guess that’s part of the reason I like St Croix.

The runs to and from the bridge at St Croix, are the only extreme elevation changes. Other spots have subtle undulations.

I'll be that guy, but Road Atlanta's nowhere near as good as Road America.
I would argue the opposite having races at both. Road Atlanta is a much better track. More elevation change, better flow, and much better corners. Don’t get me wrong Road America is a great track but it’s largely just made up of long straight aways with only a few corners that actually build off of each other. Great in a high powered car but pretty boring in anything lower powered.

Lol. A track on the moon is not the bar a simulation game should be aiming for. There's nothing wrong with having a track that is simply set on the planet Earth.
