Gran Turismo 7 Livery Editor - General Discussion Thread

That's incorrect. They should also appear in the showcase under my items. Like I mentioned, my 1st 2 liveries I created when the game came out appear there. But after I created those, I grinded out the Cafe missions for a few days. Once I finished them is when I started creating the liveries and none of them are appearing in my showcase now.
I'm sorry I did not see your images. I will have to look at that and check it out. I only have saved it after I created it and not saved it again in the GT Auto screen. Thank you. I will update you soon!

Then here you go. They won't appear in showcase unless you create the style.

This is one of my favorites from GTS. Glad to bring it back unscathed:

Does this showcase allow you to change a livery or just observe them? I'm not aware of it
Showcase only allows you to view the work and preview the car. If you want to change it you have to add it to your collection and then go to GT Auto and ent er the middle option to access the Livery Editor

You can only change it though if the cretaor has allowed it to be edited but you cannot republish as your own work, only private uise.

Stefano Bucci’s 120,000km Ferrari F40 GT

Owner Stefano Bucci drove this car in the Italian GT championship 1992 and ‘93. Apparently, he would even drive it to and from races and, driving around Europe, he racked up more than 120,000km on the odometer during his years of ownership. Quite possibly it has covered more distance than any other F40.

I’ve had this replica on my agenda for so long, that an early version appeared in the background of a bonus pic for my entry in LEC48, in February 2020! Finally got it as finished as I’ll ever make it today.

I was excited to see another Super GT machine added in the latest update, and immediately got to work on making a design for it. When looking for inspiration from current GT300 entries I came across Eneos X Prime and au sponsored designs, thought "hey, these use orange as a primary color, maybe they'll work together"; and this was the result.

Overall I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, but I might go back and make some tweaks here and there for a "version 2" (the lack of a logo on the underside of the wing bugs me the more I look at it, and the rear bumper feels a bit barren).

If you're interested, you can add it to your collection from here or use the search terms #brz #gt300 #eneosau.

This livery is another one from GTS. But in that game the car didn't had skirts, wings and spoilers, so now it looks more correct. It's a ficcional Ferrari car that I made for a LEC back in the day: went for autenticity, as I like to do in period designs, and kinda took inspiration on current age AF Corse Ferraris.

Available here.

Wow – love the livery and especially the story! I'm just of the mindset to drive the piss out of great cars. Maintain them and all… but to be so lucky to own such an icon and not drive it as much as possible seems like a waste of our time on the planet. Bravo!

This is what I was thinking. The way the showcase was being spoken of I was thinking I was missing a feature of it. Like it secretly had a way to change a vehicle livery without going to GTAuto which would amazing.

In any case, here's a few cigarette cars I've been working on

Updated the Demio with new title sponsor sticker(ENEOS) and the team’s switch to the #55.
ngl the new Super Taikyu number boards are a step down from the previous ones. I do hope somebody uploads them at some point tho.
And luckily no more neon green windshield banners

Finally got my two favorite Vettes back together. The #12 is a tweaked GTS import, since it was in pretty good shape to start with, but the #49 is a complete redo, new decals and all. So much cleaner than the pixelated mess I did in GTS.

Some more Mopar love, testing out the T/A stripes I made, before I do a race livery.

Looks like the vast majority of brand logos are just...gone now. I assume they were deleted during the last update? Very strange.

A link maybe if you shared them ?

Manufacturers Cup - Rolex Audi R8 LMS Evo GT3

Manufacturers Cup - Rolex Audi TTRS GT4

I always do matching liveries for the manufacturers cup, but I was struggling on this one and the car was originally orange, i had made the gradient effect I wanted but couldn't find a theme to match. I put on that emerald green colour and immediately thought Rolex!

Please look at the bonus pics for this one as the garage shots doesn't do the green justice!

I finished this replica of the 2000 Hasemi Motorsport Xanavi/Unisia Jecs R34 today.
If you need it I'd have the correct Autobacs font number board :scared:

EDIT: oh nevermind, seems like they changed the font for 2000  Thought most of the Unisia Jecs R34 photos don't have anything in the red bar.

Were you trying to make a livery for a Ferrari?
Indeed. Is that a thing, they block logos? All I found were like Shell and Ferrari, etc. Eventually I suspected this was a lame Ferrari thing.
