Maybe it's a widebody mod and engine swap option for the Toyota MR2.Huh. Testarossa in a used car lot, not Brighton Antiques. Who'd have thunk?

The RX-8 is shown on the license screen in the State of Play video at 9:31 as the Mazda RX-8 Spirit R '12, totally new to the series rather than the Type S that was premium before. Same screen also shows the Subaru BRZ STI Sport '18.After about all of the hours of checking and cross-referencing, I've update the car list in the Guide - not the one in the first post yet, as the format is slightly different.
There's 404 cars on that list now. Please feel free to go and check it for anything flagged in the thread I might have missed.
Oh and if anyone says "404! Car list not found! LOL!" I'll ban you until Gran Turismo 9 comes out
You can see subaru brz sti sport 18 at 9:30 min in state of play videoThat's probably because you're looking at the wrong thing:
Why? I don't recall seeing it anywhere attached to a year.
I don't recall seeing it anywhere yet. If you're going to throw a random car or date correction at me, at least let me know where it is you saw it.
I have also just spotted that DS is separate from Citroen, so I'll move the DS3 out even though it was still a Citroen until 2016.
I notice the TS050 is missing from Toyota list:After about all of the hours of checking and cross-referencing, I've update the car list in the Guide - not the one in the first post yet, as the format is slightly different.

You're looking at the list in the first post, not the list in the Guide. That's two cars I see to be missing on the list.
I'll be holding my breath, perhaps the Ariel Atom is there? Would be a good contender for the BACSo 16 cars left to known i belive
Not in the Brand Central manufacturer listAriel Atom
No, not in the September trailer:I remember the Fittipaldi being in the still shot of the GT7 Trailer. It's in the background of the four VGTs.
No doubt saves on licensing similar race cars. This is actually a really good point. The widebody on the BMW turns it into effectively a different car. From the road to the Group 2 touring car. If there are any other dramatic body kits, combined with possible engine swaps and liveries, you could artificially increase the car count.
Hi, good job for the list,Really? It's the very first car.

Depends what you're wishing for, but there's quite a few in the forums yes.
I'll be holding my breath, perhaps the Ariel Atom is there?
This thread isn't a wishlist. We have myriad other places for that. This one is for identifying cars found in official GT7 media only.I would like to see more Daihatsu, the GTTi is a good example, more Fiat, the Dino is another example, Maserati deserved more, like all brands with only one model.
The Porsche 959 is what I really expected to see on this list
The Miura has been in every game since GT5, and is still in GT7.the Mangusta can even mitigate the lack of Miura, until it appears.
Directly after the Cayman it's the Dodge Challenge R/T '70, then the Chaparral 2J and 2X VGT, then the Dodge Charger Hellcat Safety Car and regular Hellcat.By the way, after the Porsche Cayman Gr.4 there's a car starting which I couldn't figure out what it could be.
👍it's 205 T16 Evo 2 from 1986
He still hasn't updated it, give the poor man some time. 😄Hey @Famine , I know you're busy and all but, the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Coupe '17 is missing from the guide's list.
No, this one.No, not in the September trailer:

It's the Aston, Mercedes-AMG, Jaguar SV, and Lambo V12.
I'm interested about these findings in the September trailer:
1. At 1:22, you get to see 4 cars (Lamborghini V12 VGT, Jaguar SV VGT, Mercedes Benz VGT and Aston Martin DP-100 VGT). Anyway, in the GT Café exhibition (?) scene (1:55), the picture in the left frame reveals 5 cars (the aforementioned with slightly different positions and a mysterious yellow car in the back). It looks like a Lamborghini Diablo GT or maybe the Nissan Skyline GT500 '99 Pennzoil, but they might be an odd take for a VGT collection.

2. In the first Brighton Antiques scene (1:50), just behind Sarah title, it could be seen the Aston Martin DB5 with a couple of unidentifiable cars on its right side. The farthest one could be an Alfa Romeo 8C 2900 Lungo Berlinetta, yet the other one has a foreign shape. I suggest it could be a Shelby Cobra 427, the rumoured 550 Spyder, or even, resemble the shape of a Jaguar C-Type (except for the windshield).

Yellow car might be the EF7.
Yep, just caught the Ferrari 308 GTB on a cross-reference too.Hey @Famine , I know you're busy and all but, the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Coupe '17 is missing from the guide's list.
Me too. But now I'm done. Feel free to use my list as well and if it helps, GTPlanet may use that list for adding the missing cars.I think all GT fans have tears of joy, but only @Famine has tears trying to check each cars between videos and the list.

I love it really. I used to have notebooks I wrote it all in back in the GT1 days!I think all GT fans have tears of joy, but only @Famine has tears trying to check each cars between videos and the list.
The few missing cars:Anyway, post #1 updated - I've got 415 cars and 60 manufacturers. There's a good chance there'll be something here or there not on there that should be...
This just looks like a list of GT Sport cars. I haven't seen the 300ZX, or the X-Bow, or the VIZIV anywhere in GT7 media. Can you let me know where you've seen them? The few missing cars:
Gran Turismo Red Bull X2014 Standard Car
Honda Sports Vision Gran Turismo
KTM X-BOW R 2012
Nissan Fairlady Z 300ZX TwinTurbo 2seater (Z32) 1989
Peugeot RCZ Gr.B Rally Car
Subaru BRZ S 2015
Subaru VIZIV GT Vision Gran Turismo
Subaru WRX STI Type S 2014
Here's the X-Bow:This just looks like a list of GT Sport cars. I haven't seen the 300ZX, or the X-Bow, or the VIZIV anywhere in GT7 media. Can you let me know where you've seen them?
The RCZ, older BRZ, and Honda VGT are on the "400 Cars" image, but I must have missed them. Which is odd as I remember the RCZ very clearly...
Welcome to all new cars, where I would like to see more Daihatsu, the GTTi is a good example, more Fiat, the Dino is another example, Maserati deserved more, like all brands with only one model.
The Porsche 959 is what I really expected to see on this list,,, and many others!... as we see in other games.
A strong applause for the return of 2J, the champion of its class, a good taste for Italian cars, the Mangusta can even mitigate the lack of Miura, until it appears.
Actually:Not counting the Genesis concepts (and the mysterious disappearance of the Fittipaldi EF7, Nissan Z32 and Red Bull X2014 Standard), we're looking at 417 cars now.
Just have to wait for the launch-day car list, hope there are a few more surprises in there.
418 cars then.
